The specs are consistent, the apparel is very well made and the cut is generally flattering for most body types. I love their clearance and there’re always a good deal going on a few times a year. I rarely buy at full price because of their deals… unless I’m in love with an item and don’t want to risk it being sold out! My only gripe with them was their discounted items do not always ring up as the cashier price. I once had a sweater that was 60% off but it rang up as 40% off. I brought it up to the cashier and she said that the 40% was what it was ringing up as. I asked for the manager and she approved it to be over-ridden it since she knew it was supposed to be 60% off. All three of us were standing less than 5 feet away from the entire wall of 60% off. I guess there is no customer is always right. Meh. At least I like the clothes.

It’s hard to type this as I’m dizzy and battling a massive headache from the mold/mildew smell in the fitting room. It was so overpowering that I held my breath and tried to get the hell out of there as quickly as possible. Awful. I won’t be going back.

New York & Co is one of my top stores to shop at. Not only do they have work clothes but also casual, dresses, bags, and jewelry. I always find outfits and I am a self admitted picky shopper when it comes to clothes. The best thing about shopping at this store is a particular employee named Veronica(hope I got the name right, she transferred from the Rossmore store where she was a huge help too). She is always very friendly, helpful, and professional. She makes great recommendations to me that always are to my liking. She is a great asset to this store and was so happy to see her face today when I walked in because I knew she would make my shopping time easier and enjoyable. Thanks!!!

What a disappointing day for me at New York and Company. I usually love this store. I was here, June 13 around 12:30. No one greeted me, no one offered to assist me, no nothin’. Instead, the staff just stood around(I believe there were 3) chatting. The store was empty as well. I guess now I know why. I was truly disappointed in their service. When I went to check out, there they stood… chatting behind the register(they had relocated). If I hadn’t needed a quick outfit for an upcoming meeting I would have left. I will not be returning to this store. Thank goodness for online shopping. Phew.

I had a bad experience here a few years back when I went to pick up a job application. Basically, the sales associate looked me over, with no effort to hide that she was scrutinizing me, and refused to give me an application paper with a flimsy excuse: they only hire people above a certain age. All this said with an extremely rude and curt attitude. Actually, I was of age to work there. I was just dressed down in jeans & a tee, and I looked young, but I was still a legal adult. Even if she had doubts, she should have either asked, given me an application so I could put my real age and qualifications, or at least not acted like a complete snob. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything nice to say about the merchandise either. Overpriced and shapeless.

I work close to the Westminster Mall and have lunch here quite often. I usually make a stop at New York & Co to check for new stuff and of course sales. In addition to their sales I always bring coupons for an extra discount. Their clothes are pretty good quality, great styles, vibrant colors and great staff. During my last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle who went out of his way to assist me. Kyle was awesome, but really the staff at this location is awesome. I will continue to shop here.

This store is definitely geared towards working women who are need of new clothes for work. I often get plenty of coupons through email/mail(I wonder why??), and while they do have pretty good deals, their styles can be too wacky/old(definitely not my cup of tea). The quality is pretty good too, but I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for their clothes; I would rather hit Banana Republic instead! They also accept Triple A discount(for now) for certain products! Take advantage of it!
