Came here not expecting to walk out with a car… To my surprise they made it happen!!! I am happy with the unexpected outcome!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and treated me like family. They’re cars are of high quality and at very low prices. KB really did whatever he could to get me into the vehicle I really wanted, even with not so great credit. The service manager, Agustin the maintenance and made sure it was nice and clean before i drove it off the lot. My car runs great, I’ve had absolutely no problems. I even brought my boyfriend and sister back to purchase their cars here. Overall, was very impressed.

Sale staff were awesome‼ the quality of cars on the lot was impressive I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz GL450 the car was as advertised clean all the the car description was accurate. They will work with you so you can drive off with the car Albert was very helpful and the sales managers Darius was the BEST I highly recommend this dealership

So stay AWAY! Cars MAY look nice on the outside, but it’s just to get you in! 1) they’re good at the initial point of contact, but won’t get back to you after that. 2) they’re not well informed, which isn’t completely bad, but in customer service there are ways to say to make someone feel more reassured that they actually want to help. 3) I went here set on a particular car and they wanted to take advantage, the car was leaking oil and they tried to play it off, like «there isn’t any oil on the ground» that’s because there’s a cover where the oil would be spilling on to. They tried to make it seem as if they were concerned in repairing the car, but I could tell it wasn’t anything new. On top of that they didn’t want to admit it was and play it off. It’s sad to think these guys are doing well becuase it truly makes me wonder how many people they’ve ripped off.

extremely disappointed! I found a SUV online that looked beautiful in the pictures. I am 350 miles away in Northern CA. I got all my financing set up, sent them a deposit to hold the vehicle. The vehicle was a 2015 Tahoe, it was underpriced from what I had seem out there which was why I was willing to fly there and drive it 350 miles home. I told them because I was flying in I did not want any surprises. I asked them to tell me anything and everything about this car that they feel I should know before making the trip. They promised me it was like new and that I would love it.
There were a few things I noticed from the pictures on the exterior and interior. I was told both would be fixed. I was actually told on a Wed. that the leather guy was coming to fix the interior issue on Thursday. The exterior they had to order a few decals.
The staff was friendly for sure but I was disappointed when I looked at the car. What looked amazing in the pictures did not look so nice in person. The vehicle is only 1 year old and there were scratch marks all over it in different areas, there was 7 dings in total on the hood, driver, and passenger side. I couldn’t figure out why but the paint just looked in very poor shape. Tons and tons of swirl marks. I honestly felt that my same color 10 year old Tahoe paint was more well kept up. I noticed none of the things I was told were being fixed were actually fixed.
This was really frustrating since as I mentioned before I flew in from Northern CA. I had a really bad feeling right off the bat due to what I could visually see. I drove it and it drove ok but it vibrated as well as error codes came up while driving. Something was not right at all!!!
When I got back I went to lunch and was pretty bummed. I went back, asked for my check back that I sent overnight to hold it. The owner came out and he was nice and did feel bad but at the end of the day, talk is cheap. its all about how you take care of your clients.
They promised me to fix things that were not fixed when I got there. ITs not like I lived around the corner. They said the new tires were so cheap that is why its vibrating. He said he paid someone cash to put on the new tires and he didn’t know he was going to put on the cheapest tires you could find. Its just not the way to do business. They were 24″ rims and you don’t half ass that stuff.
Clearly I wasn’t expecting to have to fly back home and with the short notice it cost me 430.00 to get home so in total I spent $ 610.00 in flying just to look at this car.
Had they been honest with me and told me I would have likely moved on and not even looked at it. I get it they were trying to get a sale but I was so up front with them in what I wanted and was looking for and was totally mislead.

Bought a used 05 BMW 325i and I love it! I Went there a few times, and to other lots to shop around, and everyone that helped me at OC Auto Expo was friendly and extremely helpful. When anyone in my family wants to buy a car I will tell them to come here first.

Went to many dealerships around, no one had such a great selection of vehicles I was actually stuck deciding from about 6. They were able to get me the best rate anyone else was offering even better then my own bank. Darius is the guy to talk to

Albert and Darius at OC Auto Expo really helped us out with our 2011 X5. I took the car to get a PPI locally and it passed with flying colors. Then we came in pre-​approved from our bank and they were able to beat it by 1.4%!! Really appreciate them taking the time to take care of us and will definitely be coming back.

Two months after purchase I am running in to many problems. I have already put $ 500 in to fixing the car and now I’m told I have to put in $ 3000 just to find out what’s wrong with the engine. These guys are frauds, cheats, and liars. I should have never gone here! Now I’m stuck with a lemon that I’m still making payments on. Beware!!! Don’t buy from here!!!

Bougt a BMW a few months keep having the same problems with the radiator and tail lights. Paid for my radiator still leaking still running hot and no tail lights. They are saying sense the other owner is not here we can not honor your car. Good sales ppl BUT when it comes to fixing something they want no part off it. To be honest its my 3^rd car from them instead of giving me money back they wanna keep putting me into a different one funny they all had a problem and they are still on the lot to be sold. A bunch of excuses like i said good salesman but once they have your money your ass out!

Honestly I could have had any better of an experience buying my car the salesman and staff were very professional the facility was very comfortable and they treated me as if I was family I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family or anybody I know who happens to need a car the prices and rates were very fair and the process of buying the car was fun and easy I couldn’t be more happy with the experience thank you guys so much for helping me get into my new Mercedes Kompressor… Also I’m so happy that me and my son will be in a safe reliable car thank you so much Ronnie and Darius 4 making this possible for me I can’t thank you enough

Shortly after my purchase of my beautiful car it started having problems. I called and was told to bring the car in for the mechanics to take a look at it.
I told him the brakes were squeaking and moaning loudly when I reversed and the air stinks like mildew when I turn it on, and the car isn’t getting the gas mileage it was advertised at when I bought the car. All my complaints were argued with an excuse because after all they did a 1point 80 Whatever inspection. Must have all been a a scam to just get a Car off the lot. The mechanic told me the brakes are new and they would replace the filter and I should be putting a better quality gas in my car other then the cheapest to get better gas mileage. I did my research no where does it say to put premium gas in the car. The car I drive takes the cheapest unleaded gas. I waited and hour for him to tell me the brakes are not new and needed to be replaced. After I was charged half the coast of the total repairs $ 75 as agreed. My car is worse than when I gave it to them. The back brakes squeak and moan loudly and now the front brakes do too! It draws a lot of attention. The filter still stinks and my gas goes down just starting the car… wtf did I pay for them to do! IT’S WORSE OFF NOW! I called the guy who sold me the car and told him I’m upset and feel like the mechanic tried to play me for a fool, told me he’d call me back in an hour… I’m still waiting… it’s been a week.
I guess after they has your money they don’t give a $hit about customer service or helping you.

I had come to look for a car for myself, after a long day of going dealership to dealership I came by this dealership and I was helped my really good staff, everyone was friendly and they have a really good selection of cars, they all have good brands! I think they specialize in BMWS, there were so many. They also carry many manuals for you jdm heads out there!!! They had a clean 350z, g35 and sti! Everyone here treats you like family and they hooked it up with a good deal! Love my IS250, would recommend coming here!

My first car buying experience as far as buying from a dealership. Especially from a used one. I had low expectations coming in due to the fact I never had a big purchase before so it would be difficult to get approved.
I came here a few times prior before pulling the trigger and they are nothing but helpful. I’m not going to lie because the reviews were off and on so I was a bit hesitate.
The car that I was looking at was a Honda Civic, something reliable that didn’t need to much maintenance. The price tag was fair for the car .The main person that helped me the most was Amir, if it possible. Definitely see if he can help you. He made sure that we would leave with the car and we did.
The only thing I didn’t like was when we were signing the paper work. It felt really rushed and couldn’t really read over anything.
My little brother (buying for him) was really happy with the car. Amir even went and took off the driver side sun visor since it was loose and brought a new one for us. That’s what you call customer service.
When in need, I will definitely come back here for a car.
Gives a whole new meaning when buying a used car here.
