OC Game Console Repairs

My ps3 got the «yellow light of death» in December, I called Justin in early January and he was able to fix it in just a few days! I’ve been using it for about a month now and my ps3 is still working fine! Justin was professional and knowledgeable, explained the repair to me, and was kind enough to show me how to back up my game files :)

Justin is amazing. I’ve been here twice now, once last year for an Xbox fix — he basically dropped what he was doing and fixed my Xbox in about 10 minutes even though I was a walk in. The second time, my Android phone had a damaged charger port… Justin actually took apart his personal phone to get the parts to fix mine!
He’s really amazing, very knowledgeable, and very fast. There isn’t enough I can say about Justin, if there’s ever a problem he’s the first person I go to see about it.

This is one of the best places to get your console repaired, Justin is friendly and very knowledgable about the console and everything that could possibly be wrong. He is honest unlike most big retailers and keeps it real. I will definitely recommend to others. He will be my go to guy for future console repairs.

Got ripped off on a Craigslist PS4. Took it home and it was dead as a brick wouldn’t turn on at all. Next day I took it to Justin who repaired it on the spot for a great price. Super friendly and super professional! Highly recommended!

My husband went here to repair my ps4 and he said it was a great experience. He said he found this place easy enough, Justin was very knowledgable, and he fixed the ps4 quickly all with him still there.
It was very affordable and got everything done same day. I was very happy when I came home from work to find my ps4 fixed. If we ever have any issues with any other electronics we will bring them here.
He also guarantees his fixes for up to 3 months which I think is great! :)

Justin has helped my boyfriend with his PS4 twice and repaired his cracked iPhone too. He’s fast, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and more than fair with his price.

WATCH OUT!!! Not only is this place unwelcoming but Justin is extremely rude. Upon pulling up to this duplex, I was reluctant to approach with all the stray cats, beat up furniture outside & 8 – 9 cars in the drive way. I was approached by a man (not Justin) who said that Justin was asleep. Mind you, I made an appointment with him the day before & he knew I was coming. He went inside to wake him up.
Justin came out half asleep and started off by saying that he doesn’t wake up this early (930 am). He asked what was going on with my PS3 & then said that he would take a look at it inside. He asked that I wait outside in the driveway (REALLY?). I told him that I would feel more comfortable being inside with the PS3 so that I knew what he was doing to it. He said NO because then I would see & know how he fixes these. (Shouldn’t I know what he is doing). He threw a fit & said that was so insulting. Again, I stated that I didn’t feel comfortable giving my PS3 to someone I do not know, wait in a driveway & hope that this is legit. He got upset & said for me to wait so he could go get his tools.
He comes out with a few screw drivers & huffs & puffs while he pulls up a chair to sit down. He then tells me I can find a chair in the front yard & sit down. Before doing anything, he says that he needs to go & test it & I again stressed my reluctance to not being with the PS3. He again refuses to allow me in. At this point I decided that I didn’t want to continue & said that I would go somewhere else. He got upset & sarcastically said fine.
This place is seriously a mess, this guy is rude and I can’t believe anyone would trust to leave their merchandise unattended with this guy. He definitely did not make me feel comfortable & made me feel as though I was interrupting his day (I drove over an hour). No people or sales skills with this guy. He definitely belongs behind a cubicle with no human interaction. SCAM ARTIST!!! BEWARE!!!

Awesome! Justin was super helpful and quick turn around times. I dropped my PS3 off on a Saturday afternoon and within one day he had it fixed and good as new. Pricing was very reasonable too, definitely recommend him for anyone looking for quality work!

I would definitely ring Justin up again.
He was on top of our communication and responded with any questions and concerns I had. He had my PS3 up and running in an hour and it was very reasonably priced. He charged me $ 10 than if I were to buy the part and replace it myself. I definitely recommend Justin when your precious goes awry.

Thank you Justin! My son accidentally pulled the Ps4 down on the tile floor, damaging the hdmi port. Nobody here in Mexico would repair it and I wasn’t about to buy a new console. On a recent business trip to OC, Justin fixed it quickly no problem, it works perfectly. He’s super friendly and professional.

Justin is the BEST! So worth the drive from the South Bay to Orange County! Everyone I contacted around here claimed to be able to fix «ANY» PS4 problem, but when I told them that I needed the HDMI port replaced, everyone said they couldn’t do it. I even had the replacement port already! Took a chance and called Justin after reading the previous Unilocal reviews and he said no problem! Turn around time about 3 hours, but I elected to come back the next day so there was no rush. Justin called me when it was ready, I hooked it up when I got back home and the PS4 works great!!! My son will be stoked when he comes home on leave!
Great prices also! Normal price to replace the port is $ 120, charged me $ 80 because I had the part. The $ 120 price is much less than another place I called who said they could «try, but they couldn’t guarantee if the PS4 would work afterwards.» Uh… no brainer!
If I ever have a problem with one of our game systems, Justin will be the first one I call from now on!

I called him for a ps3 not reading my games. Dropped it off and an hour later he called saying it was done. It works great! He even made sure i knew how to get the video re calibrated.

Justin is the best! My husband’s xbox was broken by our 3 year old nephew thought it was gonna cost a fortune to get it fixed.
we called Justin he gave us an idea of what he thought it was along with quotes for cost with each possible problem. after we dropped it off he called to let us know it was a little worse then we thought but still fixable. Told us what needed to be done and bam, couple hours later it was fixed, we got a 3 month warranty and an amazing cost.
My husband was home playing it that night.
Along with his knowledge and fast turn around time he is super friendly. Definitely will take any electronic items to him from now on.

I called to ask about my PS3 getting repaired and he was very helpful. He goes out of his was and does an amazing job. I got my PS3 fixed unless than an hour and for a great price.

My ps3 was not reading my blu rays or games. I called up Justin and he helped diagnose the problem. I brought the ps3 console over with no attachments since he has power cords and hdmi hookups. Repaired in one day at an affordable price. Also includes 3 month warranty.
Keeps overhead low by working out of his house.

Use this guy — he is fast, friendly, professional, efficient, costs less than anyone else and his work is world class.
I called him about a broken HDMI port, he quoted me less than other places, gave me options, and fixed it within the day. He was also available by phone and text, with Very flexible hours into the late evening — You cannot find that type of service anywhere.
I believe he has another location in Irvine as well, but I live in HB so this spot was close to me.
The shop is a small house in a neighborhood, but very conveniently located right off the main road. Don’t let the «home office» look detour you if that’s a concern, this guy is friendly, honest and could be operating out of a store front and charging more money.
Bottom line — Use this guy and you will be very satisfied.

Justin is the man went in to fix my hdmi port for my ps4 because it wasn’t displaying so he quoted me at 120 $and. In 2 hours so I went there he told me that if it was something else he would charge me cheaper and it turnt out to be only a loose hdmi port so he fixed it for only 20 $ which is incredibly honest of him because most places would of still charged the 120 $

Thank goodness for Unilocal my sons PS4 wasn’t accepting the disk then when the disk would go into the console it would get stuck and slowly exit but the last time it got stuck. So we found Justin on Unilocal we dropped it off for a diagnostic and he let us know the problem and fixed it right away we picked it up the next day it was working just fine. He’s really affordable and honest to work with, Would definitely recommend Justin .

My PS4 wasn’t working at all and found Justin for repair on Unilocal.
I don’t know anything about computer but he explained to me well so that I could understand what was the possibility, procedures and suggested me the price range of repair which was very reasonable.
If anything breaks down, I will take it to Justin for repair.
