Friendly staff. I’ve never had a problem with this location. They actually interact with customers. But pretty small though and limited seating inside.

Sloooooooooooooooww. I counted 5 employees on a Friday morning, 3 customers and I still had to wait at least 6 minutes– one person made drinks. She’s awesome but what exactly do the others do?

I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a Starbucks employee. Everytime i have gotten to any other store i receive A+ cs. This has been my first time experiencing a terrible cs by an employee at Starbucks. Her name is Makayle i sure hope mgr Vickie follows up because its unacceptable. Please go to 120th nd Washington people are friendly nd great cs! I am disgusted by this employee.

Older female cashier is so rude! Same old Starbucks coffee thats why they get one star. My wife works in the same shopping center and we go here often. If the service was better they would get a better review. They sure don’t mind taking

Coffee is standard starbucks, but the service really could use some help. The cashier and baristas were rude and held personal conversations the whole duration of our transaction.

I stopped in on my way to see a friend with my dogs in the car. I was getting two mistos, and the barista said that they needed to brew some fresh pike place. I said it would be fine to just use the dark roast because I had my pups in the car and didn’t want to take the couple extra minutes, just because I don’t like to leave my dogs in the car, even when it’s cool out and I can see them. The cashier felt bad so she took care of one of my drinks, apologizing for not having the Pike brewed! It was such a nice thing, and totally unnecessary! The team was fast and friendly and just really started off my Saturday right! I am not up that way often, but when I am, I’ll be sure to stop in for a coffee because they impressed me so much!

Super friendly staff. Everyone wired together to try and figure out the cheapest combination for my insane drink. Nice environment. Wonderful experience. Smiley face emoticon. That’s really all I have Unilocal app. Stop telling me it’s too short. You’re giving me review anxiety.

Great coffee, annoying staff. So this Starbucks is near my house but I usually prefer to stop at the one by my office because the staff here is odd and can be annoying, especially before I’ve had my coffee. One woman likes to sing loudly to the music in an annoying half-singing and half-joking type voice. Another seems almost bi-polar in the treatment of the customers. Some days she’s so nice it’s shocking, others she can’t stop glaring at me. I get we all have our days but she can’t even hide her displeasure at having to be at work. The majority of the time though you’ll just find them all chit chatting about random topics and barely noticing they the customers other than having to brew up a latte. The interior is also not as inviting as other Starbucks locations. It has lots of large windows that would normally seem great to lounge in front of but it’s usually pretty cold next to any of them. Not really a Starbucks I like to hang out at but as far as grabbing some coffee to go this place is good. They are very consistent with their drinks and are always very quick even when there’s a line.

Well, it’s Starbucks… That said the windows leak, so it’s chilly in the winter. The service is odd, to say the least. Sometimes friendly, sometimes coarse. You just never know…

I suspect this location is a training store since the turnover is high and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone great who can handle multiple customers with grace, but then you never see them again. The mediocre employees just seem to stick around for a long time though – probably until they either get in the groove or leave the job. It’s frustrating to have to regularly explain what I mean by «a large coffee with soy». Adding creamer to coffee shouldn’t be difficult, but it’s stumped more than a couple of employees. Other than that, this location is perfectly fine. They’ve got all the standard drinks, food items, and branded gear you see at every other location. There are a few chairs and tables if you want to hang out and chat or read. I don’t know if they offer wi-fi or not – I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone there on a laptop.
