My boyfriend and I visit this place when we crave tacos and don’t want to make the long drive to SD. First off, no AC in here and the place reeked of floor cleaner after they mopped the place and didn’t leave the doors open. The staff here look like they hate their jobs. We ordered six and all were drenched in hot sauce. No carrots or anything left outside when we came at noon. The tacos don’t taste that great and the only thing that saved it was the sauce. They’re also 1.20 a piece now. It’s an ok place.

I give them 3 stars but they barely deserve that. I’ve been here probably 500 times(I’m not over exaggerating). I come less often now because 2 reasons: 1) I don’t care for the attitudes of the employees. They could care less about you IMO. 2) the price is getting out of control. 1.00 to add cheese? *Those two things in combination deter me. Will I go again. Yes. The only reason I will go again is for the same reason I gave them the 3 stars. The food taste ahmazing and it’s consistent. Update: Well I came back like I said I would. Added cheese for 1.00 and they gave me a table spoon of cheese– Never Will I go Back. I highly recommend the taqueria on golden west between trask and Westminster

Garbage. Workers talk shit in Spanish and with the price raised yet again, it’s not worth coming here.

Street tacos are now $ 1.20. Each burrito gets ONE damn sauce. And each sauce is an extra 49 cents. Damn rip off. They leave carrots out with no ice under. All the workers were rude and jerks! There was one grating cheese and doing the register, how gross is this! No gloves and didn’t even wash his hands AFTER touching money. Went straight back to grating cheese. HOT as hell in there too, no A/c. Oh and you gotta pay JUST to use the bathroom. Overall food– good Workers– rude Price– getting ridiculous Coming back? Hmmmm. Idk if driving half an hour to this place is worth it anymore

This place is legit. I ordered the vegetarian burrito and it was amazing!!! And for $ 3.95?! That’s hard to find. Plus, this place is open 24⁄7! Burritos for breakfast? I’m thinking so!

The food is good, but the portions are small. They aren’t generous. The service here sucks. I think they are racists to Asians or something. I was left there standing waiting to order and everyone was doing their own thing. They noticed me, but they ignored me. When Hispanics came in afterwards, they got to order right away. The employees stopped what they were doing to help them right away. I had many other bad experiences here. Another time, the guy got all mad because he got my order wrong and I corrected him, so he had to make my order again. Beware of this place.

The al pastor was tasty, my wife enjoyed her carne asada and the kiddos ate up whatever we put in front of them. But they didn’t have beer, flavor was off on the fountain drinks and I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t comment on cleanliness(food prep was fine). I was sick later in the day, but I also have two children in day care. All in all, I would return… Cheers, Dave W.

My husband brought me here for lunch today. The area and parking lot looks bit sketchy but when you walk in you are greeted with a smile. I got carnitas tacos and they give you a huge helping of meat per taco. I love how you can pick what toppings you want and the partition is clear and you can see everything they make. My husband got the carne asada burrito and it was huge. You get to pick everything you like and if you want your meat cooked a little more they will do that for you too. So if you are like me and like your carnitas browned they do that too. The flavors were great and all their toppings were fresh. Definitely a place I would love to eat at again. It’s a great little place to get tacos and burritos. They have a pretty wide array of meats as well. The pineapple juice tastes amazing as well. (Note: I did have to use the bathroom while I was there and the bathroom was not inviting at all. There was tagging all over the walls and ceiling and there wasn’t any seat covers or soap. Other than that the food was amazing.)

My friends have been urging me to come here for the longest time! I was a bit hesitant and wary, considering they claimed it didn’t even have a real name; as a result, I couldn’t look up how it fared on Unilocal in advance. But hey, sometimes the hole-in-the-wall places are the best! At last, I decided to check it out! Funnily enough, I’ve been going to the Starbucks in the same plaza for years, but never really noticed this«Taqueria»(no, seriously — that’s the name of this place…)! The tiny corner plaza it’s located in is rather small, so parking can sometimes be tight — just as an FYI. Their specialty is street tacos, but they also serve burritos here. I opted to get what they’re known for, so I tried one carne asada, one chicken and one beef. The street tacos are very authentic and straightforward — just meat, cilantro, and onions on two soft tortillas. They were definitely good for street tacos, but honestly I still prefer a stuffed burrito with loads of toppings over the simplicity of a street taco because I feel like I can never truly get full off of street tacos alone. Also, I noticed they don’t wear gloves here, which is pretty gross and unsanitary for a germaphobe like myself!!! For the gloveless factor, I’d give this place two stars… although I think the food moreso warrants three stars.

Best local taco joint ever! Prices are fairly inexpensive here at only $ 1.05 each taco, extra large horchata is less than $ 2 and they open 24⁄7! I highly recommend getting the Carne Asada and cow tongue as they have always been perfect and tasty each and every time. My only gripe about coming here is that this place is cash only, but there is an ATM inside. Also, around night time can be a little sketch, with homeless people camping outside asking for change, and of course the loud drunks or druggies with the late night munchies can crowd the place. Other than that, taqueria Mexico is my go to place if I’m craving tacos

I gotta say, as rude as the workers are, they have the best tacos in this area! I’ve tried the other two across the street, Taqueria Guerrero Style and Bienvenidos Tacos & Tacos, and this is the best flavor of all three! I got al pastor tacos with everything and my co-worker got carne asada tacos with everything but onions. Remember they do cash only! The workers are not that friendly but they get the job done. Their horchata is good to wash down the spicy tacos! It’s a must try for sure if you’re on a time crunch in this area.

Authentic street tacos right in Westminster! Seems like everyone I know knows about Taqueria and there’s a good reason why: tacos here are amazing. They have a short list of meat that you can choose from. If you like to keep it safe, they have the carne asda, chicken, carnitas and al pastor. If you like to be adventurous like me go with the buche, cabeza, and lengua. You will not be disappointed! Their meat here is very moist and tortilla isn’t dried out like other places. Though I must admit their price is a little pricey for street tacos, but they do offer the best around the area. Taqueria also offers pickled carrots and jalapenos for free! This is a must for me when it comes to eating tacos or burritos. You can have your choice of meat in a burrito or taco form. Top that off with either a horchata or pineapple juice and your set to have bomb meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves street tacos like I do.

Came here today and picked up lunch for the family. I ordered 8 tacos $ 8,1 burrito $ 5.60 and 1 menudo $ 5.50. Extra cheese $ 1.25. The cashier first told me the bill is $ 25.55. I thought that was a little more than what I estimated…$ 20 plus tax. I asked for the receipt and he changed the amount to $ 22.37. ****SOBECAREFUL! ***** ****Food is good here but CHECKYOURRECEIPT!!!****

Wow 1.05 tacos that are amazing! This place is open 24 hours and you can definitely expect a few people in line at any given hour it feels like. But it is CASHONLY. I LOVE how they wrap up the to go orders and the to go tacos since they are packaged perfectly. Everything is good but I personally prefer the carne asada. You just can’t go wrong with the classic choice! This place is right off the freeway and a perfect stop for that late night crave. The restroom is coin operated but it looks like most people leave it open for the next person. There are plenty of tables and most people are in and out pretty quickly. The all meat burrito is awesome if you dare and of course horchata is always a fav of mine. Will definitely be back whenever I have the craving!

CARNEASADATACOSORALLMEATBURRITOS. Literally me all day everyday. Came here at 4AM last night, all they had left were chicken or carne asada tacos, which are $ 1.05 each. Boo no burritos. My friend and I decided to get four of each meat(since we only had $ 9 cash on us) and our order came out to be… $ 9.07. LOL was about to hustle to the car to scavenge for coins, but the worker was chill and said don’t worry about it. Carne asada tacos were perfect, chicken however was a little dry. Overall, 3.5 stars but service makes this place a 4.

NOT just on TACOTUESDAY… great deal on street tacos $ 1.05 everyday 24⁄7. No kidding. They NEVER close! First time trying this hole in the wall bomb taco joint. Servers are friendly and they speak English! This place is LEGIT. The aroma of carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, lengua, and other grilled meats will lure you in. The menu is mainly comprised of tacos hence the name Taqueria. Other options include a huge burrito(may be shared by 2), quesadilla, and menudo. **I like the street tacos. They are small but very filling. I would go with 3 – 4 tacos if you have a small appetite. If you are a foodie, you can handle 6. Carne asada ranks #1 as the meat is tender and flavorful topped with onions, cilantro and the red salsa. Carnitas were ok but a little dry. Make sure to add more green salsa. They only have soft drinks and do not serve beer. Overall, great food at cheap prices!!! Dinner for 2 with drinks = less than $ 15. Cash only.

*** $ 1 Tacos(approximately) *** I read some reviews and was lured by the idea of good cheap food. I’m always up for looking for a good deal. Here’s what I ordered… * Carnitas tacos * Carne asada tacos * Chicken tacos * Lengua tacos * Pastor tacos Here’s what I liked… * For the price you can’t beat the value of ~$ 1 tacos. * The place is open 24 hours! That is fantastic when a craving comes in the middle of the night. Here’s what I didn’t like… * The parking is crazy! Like there’s no parking in the front. I was lucky to find a space, so I didn’t have to go to the back. * The meats are all a little on the dry side, and lacked seasoning. * The carnitas, carne asada, pastor, and lengua tasted very similar. it’s almost like they cooked in the same area the seasoning from one meat blended to the other. Bottom line… Would I come back? Certainly not a bad deal for the price. For the price why eat del taco or taco bell when you can eat this? However, on this particular day I was looking forward something that packed a little more«wow!» I actually packed up the family and continued the meal at another Taqueria«El Ranchito» in Buena Park. I was just there a few days ago and had some really good pastor tacos. It was like $ 1.70 a taco, but it also tasted a whole lot better. Some days you just have to follow what your stomach says :-)

Late night hunger? DrUnk? THISISTHESPOT. Opens 24⁄7 I sometimes stop by here after my work out at 24. Mexican for a really cheap price. Tacos are $ 1.05– I usually get al pastor, beef tongue, or carne asada. They pack it with meat! Burrito– they definitely pack it! Staff– needs improvement. On the side, there’s carrot and jalapeño. But they are usually out. When you ask them to refill it. They’ll say, «no more.»

Any place open for 24 hours is awesome! Except Walmart. I’ve gone here for at least six years now and I’m always satisfied! I remember when their walls were bright orange and the place looked totally ghetto. It was kinda scary going there in the middle of the night. But now since they’ve remodeled, the place looks a lot better. Now they have a fridge with more of a variety of drinks and sodas. They added more tables, décor, and painted the walls a different color. But the food is still amazing regardless of what the place looks like. For only about a buck a taco, you really can’t complain. Their burritos are BOMB. And pay a little more to add cheese because it all tastes so much better with cheese. This place serves delicious mexican food for a great price all day everrrrrrryday.

Delicioso carne asada taco’s in town, muy cheap and it’s open 24hrs! C’mon people… don’t expect too much from this typical hole-in-the-wall joint. This place is muy bueno in my book.
