I need my ears pierced. Saw a Unilocal review it costs $ 10 for BOTH ears. Called Danny, he said ranges from $ 10 – 25. When I got to the store, he said $ 25. I told him on Unilocal says $ 10, he said $ 10 is for EACH ear. I went all the way there, so just paid $ 20 and did it. After that, so like 30 jewelry stores in the mall, all do ear piercing. Should have checked more. Danny is nice, but I just felt like being ripped off and not happy about it. He told me $ 10 on the phone.

My fiancé had gotten an engagement ring customized here and was promised that it would look exactly like the picture that we had shown Jenny. We came in to see the ring once it was done and was not at all satisfied with the outcome. She had sent to back to the company that was making the ring. Came back a second time and was again not happy. She was not at the shop and her father was very unhelpful. He had dialed her number and had me talk to Jenny about how I felt about the ring. I told her that I was very unhappy and she had the nerve to tell me that she was disappointed in me and that she had never had an unsatisfied customer like myself. I was so furious that a salesperson/​owner of any business had the guts to tell me, the customer, that they were disappointed in me. Worse customer service ever. We had put a $ 600 initial deposit down and and had asked for a refund and was denied and was also told off by Jenny. I do not appreciate her service and do not believe that anyone else deserves to go through what my fiancé and I had to go through. I highly do not recommend this place. There are Sooo many other jewelry shops out there that will treat you much better. Jenny and her father were both in it only for the money and did not care about customer satisfaction! Do not shop here!

Excellent services, Jenny was able to customize the necklace with a short turn around time of less than a week. She constantly kept me in the loop of my order and constantly went over and above to provide superb customer service and value. Best of her, her price is unbeatable. I highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful jewelries at great prices, and ask specifically for Jenny!

If I can give Vihn Phat Jewelry a 10 star I would. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Jenny almost 2 years ago. As our wedding date was approaching I went to see Jenny because I wanted to change the setting of the engagement ring to match the wedding band. Jenny never ever hesitate to help me and my fiancé. She was out for maternity leave for a few months, in those few months her dad was there to help me purchased my fiancé’s wedding band and I was able to communicate with Jenny via email and text. She sent me drawings and pictures of what the new engagement would look like, asked if it was ok, and if I liked it. She never once hesitated once to change or fix what I didn’t like. It’s like Jenny never left for maternity leave.
I had my fiancé tried on his ring and it was a little snuggle, I sent Jenny and text message and she never hesitated for us to go in to try and get a bigger size. Vinh Phat Jewelry is great, highly recommended. Thank you Vinh Phat Jewelry for everything! I will be posting pictures later.

About a month and a half ago my wife and I brought them her ring to have resized. An older man was there to help us. We told him what we needed and he brought us over to this shady looking guy at this shady looking counter. The shady looking guy said he needed to eat lunch first. Ok, no problem. When he finally finished eating, he began resizing the ring. But right in the middle of his work, some lady came over and interrupted him. Instead of telling her to wait until he finished, he stops working on the ring to help her while my wife and I sitting there right in front of him, waiting. He finally finishes and we’re satisfied with the work, even though it took much longer than what the older man said it would.
Flash forward to now. Not even 2 months later my wife’s ring breaks at the point where it was cut to resize. I wasn’t so mad about it because I realize mistakes happen and thought I would bring it back and they’d fix it for me. When I returned the older man was there from when we first brought the ring in. He remembered me and the ring. The problem is he wanted to charge me $ 35 to have it fixed. Why should I pay again for the poor work done by your guy? I asked him shouldn’t it be free and he said no, but he’ll go as low as $ 30. At that point I just walked away.
What kind of crummy customer service is that. First you do piss poor work and then expect to charge me again when your piss poor work doesn’t hold up. I decided to take the ring to Mimi’s Jewelry in Fountain Valley. They only charged me $ 26 for the fix and they guarantee their work.

Jenny and her dad has been extremely helpful to us. I came here a year ago with my now fiancé and Jenny helped us picked out an amazing affordable engagement ring that has gotten many praises and compliments by strangers and friends. Her pricing were much better than high end department store with the same level of quality.
Her service was so wonderful and memorable, that a year later I came back to purchase our wedding bands. Jenny and her dad help us find exactly what we needed and were absolutely willing to go out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Can’t say enough good things about Jenny and her dad here. Most definitely the best in OC. They are always willing to help me out with any jewelry needs. She helped me pick out a beautiful diamond promise ring for my girl friend! (Not to mention they are willing to give us free cleanings when we stop by.)
Have always been coming here since a child and will keep that going.

Honestly I cannot think of a better jewelry place anywhere else in the OC than this. I used to come here all the time with my parents when I was younger so I was familiar with it. Fast forward 10 years and here I am going to the same store for my girlfriend and I. The first time I went to this place, I had just bought a promise ring for my girlfriend from Kay’s. The ring unfortunately became discolored and bent out of shape. Jenny definitely helped us out, not only for a tremendous price but at a quick timing too. I loved this place since then. Months later I came back to this store to do the favor of getting my friend’s ring resized. Once again, Jenny never ceases to do her magic and hands me the ring in quick time with excellent work. I know I will be coming here in the future for any other some sort of jewelry. Jenny is definitely the best!

When buying jewelry you should always look at the reviews and thankfully I did. I was dying to meet Jenny because of all the wonderful things everyone has been saying about her and her business. She’s absolutely an amazing person with very good knowledge about jewelry and cares about what her clients are looking for. When I was searching for a ring, I came with nothing. But when I left, I was super happy and more educated about my ring. Her shop is filled with many varieties and I found exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend and I got both our rings from Vinh Phat, and for future purchases we’ll be going straight to her. Thank you so much jenny! Andrews really happy and can’t stop staring =)

As a born and raised local I have mixed feelings about the mall, heck Little Saigon community in general. In terms of jewelry shops, Vinh Phat is about as comfortable as you can get.
The merchandise (ooo shiny) are a good mix of modern and classic styles. Especially compared to the surrounding shops, which belong to a much older generation, they have much more of the stylish items. Jenny is not only pretty stylish and knowledgeable about her stuff but super friendly as well. She just makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable, like a bunch of friends gossiping about what’s cute or not. It looks like she handles the younger crowd while her dad deals with the older locals. So good for both my and my mom.
If you want something pretty, something special, but you don’t want to deal with the pretentiousness any any typical jewelry store (both Western and Asian) then hello this is your place.

Jenny and her father were so sweet! My fiancé and I came in to pick out our wedding bands. We wanted something very simple, but thick. She was so quick and accurate in helping us choose a style. If you have an idea of what you want, Jenny will find something that you’re imagining.
The price was more affordable compared to other vendors, and if you pay cash, there’s a discount. Also, Jenny has the most wedding bands in the mall from what I saw. Her customer service was definitely better than the other vendors. I walked towards one of the other vendors and the lady completely ignored me. When I walked up to Jenny, she gave me her attention right away. She also speaks fluent English so don’t be afraid of miscommunication.
I walked out of the store before checking the rings carefully, but when I found some scratches, I brought it back and they fixed it to my liking. I also brought the ring home and tried it again to find that it was too tight. I brought it back and she remembered me! She was happy to resize my ring and it was completely free of charge.
I’m glad I came here because I feel like it’s a place I can trust!
