I have been going here my whole life. My doctors out like family to me and when I moved out of state for a short time no one else compared. They always take the time at the reception to explain your insurance and billing if you have questions. The chiropractor (Scott McNabb) is so nice and takes time to appropriately fix your back. She’s new doctor (Autumn Nation) due to their growing patients but she is so kind! She is always happy to see you and listen to all you have to say even when it’s busy and not just rush you out the door. Sarah Goff is my Doctor I’ve been seeing for a long period now and no one can replace her. She remembers everything about even if I didn’t visit within the year, so full of life and genuinely takes time with you too. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. They all genuinely care even when it’s busy and its just simply nice. I do however recommend staying away from Robin Smith, she’s kind of just cold and pushy. The only downside is since they have so many patients you can be waiting awhile IF you don’t show up early (like ten minutes) to your appointment.

Love it here!!! I see PAc Nguyen and she is the most wonderful doctor ever. Gives you all the time you need for any issue and never rushes! She’s smart and is always working to continue learning and growing her medical knowledge. She’s particularly amazing when it comes to Anxiety and helping you manage it. The whole office is great and friendly, they get me in last minute when I need it and are always great.

I have been under the care of Dr Robin Smith for over 15 years. They tell you right up front when you schedule any appointment what time to show up for the paperwork. Everyone knows that you have an inordinate amount of paperwork that must be completed (HIPPA et al) prior to any medical care. You can even download the required paperwork prior to your appointment. I have always found the office staff to be courteous.

Walking out of this joke of a «clinic» now. Showed up 10 minutes late for a first time appointment. They told me I was late and they had to check to see if they could fit me in. Zero people waiting in the waiting room. I’m paying with cash. Money. Actual money. It takes 10 – 15 minutes to fill out new patient paperwork. Lady comes back and says they have to reschedule me. Lol. I look around at no one behind me and laugh. Patient care? Right. Medical Clinic? What a joke. Don’t go here if you need medical care or anyone who cares.
