History

Established in 2008.

Classy Limousine has been in business since 2008. Based in Westmont, IL we origanally started off with strictly airport service while gaining Clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Wyndham Drake Hotel, Embassy Suites and more.

Over time we’ve developed a fleet of other vehicles to offer. Today, we can now offer over 50 vehicles through our affiliate network. Our goal is to provide you with any limo, any where in metro Chicago, any time!

A large portion of our business has been through referrals and repeat business since the day we’ve started. This tells that we’ve earned a loyal clientele base who are also excited to share their great limousine transportation experiences! We hope we can provide you with a Classy experience soon.

Business Owner

Starting out as a chauffeur, I gained first hand experience for the most important part of the business. Over these years, I’ve experienced the neccessity to provide punctual service, clean vehicles, and an understanding for the Chicago road system.

In 2008 I decided to pursue an entrepenuerial role as owner in a limousine service, and this is where Classy Limousine started. We quickly gained corporate accounts such as hotels in Oak Brook, IL like the Hyatt Place, Embassy Suites, and Wyndham Drake hotels.

7 years later we have grown year over year, but more importantly our service levels have remained the same. We’ve now expanded into a full fleet of limousines; servicing all occassions such as weddings, concerts, sporting events and more.

Made reservations for a concert at the United center. Driver was rude and not professional. Family owned company contacted me the next day to work it out… Was told would get a gift certificate in the mail… 3 weeks later before posting this… See Facebook posting I wouldn’t use this company for a night out. Our was ruined … didn’t even know if we where going to be picked up.

I scheduled a limousine pick up for drop off to airport for honeymoon, its not until September. I had called, emailed the company multiple times about a question for the payment and contract and nor once has anyone returned these messages. They don’t seem reliable at all. Not a good first impression so I canceled my booking.

On perfect time~!
Clean limo (didn’t smell like weird incense) the driver did not talk our heads off at 4:30am and was right on time when we got our luggage at O’Hare.
They texted us and made the connection at the correct doorway.

Classy limousine has been apart of our family for YEARS! My first experience with them was for a airport pick up, they sent a town car and the driver was so proactive before dropping me off and just handing me the bill he asked me if I would like to reserve a return airport ride! Shortly after that I called to get a quote regarding a night out for my bachelor party, Christina responded to my inquiry immediately providing me with several quotes on party buses, hummer and other suv limousine options! From my initial inquiry to being dropped off the entire time classy limousine was prompt and available every step overseeing all details! Now years later I have used them for all my airport pick up needs as well booked a party bus for my wedding and a hummer suv for my brothers wedding! Best trusted service by far!!!

We hired Classy Limousine for the day of our wedding and everything went great! They were on time and did a great job. I thought it was nice that they put a bottle of champagne in the limo with some glasses, too, which we were able to have to and from the couple places we went for pictures before our reception. Their prices were actually really good too, and I had called/​emailed about 4 different places for quotes for the number of hours we needed. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone who’s looking to get a limo for a special occasion.

UPDATE!
My brother got married this past summer (yes another crazy family wedding) and we used them again! We were a total of 20 people in a big limo bus. You know what happens after the church on our way to take pictures… we had a pre-​wedding party BEFORE the wedding. I was shocked how many people can fit in that bus! we weren’t even sitting, most of us were dancing or standing and walking between the crowd.
I will give it to the driver who had to put up with a large group of rowdy young people :-D

Hands down the best limo service in Chicago! I’ve used classy limousine for weddings, a bachlorette party, and multiple rides to the airport. Professional and prompt service every time. One time I was running late for a flight, my driver waited patiently outside and somehow even managed to safely make up for my poor time management! Won my heart that time. I wouldn’t book with any other company.

Wow is all i have to say! I was super impressed with Classy Limousine. The car was beautiful and our driver was awesome not to mention the pricing was good, too. Growing up in Chicago and knowing how much the city has to offer was all I needed when deciding where to take my wife for her birthday in April.
I decided to make the most out of our trip by renting a limo to pick us up from O’Hare and return us a couple days later. I called Classy Limousine and these guys were more than amazing. Not only were they at the airport as we walked towards baggage claim waiting for us but they made our ride to the hotel very comfortable. When it was time to leave the great city of Chicago, these guys arrived about 15 – 20 min before we were set to return to the airport.
The next time I am in Chicago, I will make sure that I call Classy Limousine because I know that they’ll make my trip that much more memorable.

We used this service to take us to the Excision show on 4÷18÷2014 in Chicago. The driver picked us up from Naperville, and got us to the show on time. After the show, he was right out front of the building, waiting with the door open. We felt like celebrities since people were asking us to get in the party bus!
The driver did so well, and was patient and understanding with us, even though we were loud, obnoxious and definitely intoxicated. I’ve used the service once so far, but just to take me and my associates to the airport and back.
I recommend Classy Limousine for anyone who wants to feel like a BOSS

I used this company for NYE a few days ago and really enjoyed the experience.
Eli (Jr — AKA the son) was very nice and helpful regarding coordinating everything. The contract was easy to follow and didn’t require an absurd deposit or anything fishy you’d see from other companies. He warned us that the limo might be a bit late due to snow, but Eli (Sr) arrived right at 10:30. :) We got into the limo and told him that there were two recent engagements between the eight of us (true story), and before we knew it, he was passing a bottle of champagne to us. It was a short distance, but we did our civic duty and drank some free Andre.
The way back, Eli (Sr) was very nice and accommodating. He picked us up earlier than we had planned because we were all getting tired, and it was no problem. He also made three stops (which were in the contract) on the way home, making our NYE fun and hassle-​free! I’d seek out this company again! It takes out a lot of guesswork.

I’m not from Chicago but was throwing a bachelorette party there. After reading the reviews here I decided to give Classy Limousine a try and I was not disappointed at all. The whole process of working with them was wonderful. Setting up the reservation was so easy and the staff was very friendly and professional. They were extremely punctual and the limo itself was perfectly clean and set up. The driver was a delight and helped make the bachelorette party that much better. If I am ever back in Chicago in need of a limo service, Classy Limousine, is the only company I will call.

This limousine companies name says it all. I was calling around to book a limo for a night and this was by far the most helpful company AND the most affordable! At first, I was a little worried that it was too good to be true.
When I called, they gave me every different option with pricing for each different type of limo and they included gratuity in the price which is always a plus! Every other company gave me slack because I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but these guys came to the rescue.
The day of our event our limo was 10 minutes early just waiting outside of our pick up location and the ride was easy. Our driver took the quickest route while we all partied in the back and we arrived at our event with time to spare! I’m usually late for everything, so this is kind of a big deal lol… we kicked the night off with a bang.
We had a whole night planned and the limo was suppose to pick us up from a different location about 25 miles away. I was a little worried because it was by Navy Pier but they had no problem. They were there in time and were as kind as ever! I really appreciate them dealing with us and our drunken shenanigans with the highest level of courtesy! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Being the best man at my friend’s wedding, I helped him out by choosing a limo service. I’ve used Classy Limousine a few times having a party bus and a stretch limo on previous occasions. Eli always makes sure that we have the perfect limo for the amount of people we had. The wedding day went great and had no problems with the girls being picked up at the bride’s home and guy’s being picked up at the hotel to get to the church and back to the hotel/​reception hall.
I highly recommend Classy Limousine to all of my friends!

This is my second time using Classy Limousine in the past 2 years. The first time, my girlfriend and I went to the Bears game. Talk about EASY in and OUT! No hassles, dropped off right at the entrance and picked up and whisked out of the Soldier Field mess ASAP. This was great as, at the time she had a broken toe/​cast. Classy Limo was great!
The second time, I took my daughter to her first concert/​first Limo ride. We boooked on Tuesday for Saturday and Eli was awesoem about confirming. Once again, the ease/​worry free nature of taking Classy Limousine to a venue really worked out amazing.
I did get a call the morning of the booking informing me that the previous night’s guests had broken the streo, thus there was not music. They offered to send a different car, or transfer my reservation to a partner company. We just brought a mini-​blue tooth /​iphone speaker and played all of our concert playlist!

I have worked with Classy Limousine on a few events now and they have always been on top of their game. Eli has always been very easy to deal with and professional, the limos are clean, drivers are friendly and have been ahead of schedule with their pick ups.
It’s rare you find people that seem honest in the high end transportation industry so when you find something that works and you just stick with it.
