These guys are the best, bar none! Friendly, responsive, professional, honest and fair. Chris, who fields incoming calls (as well as many other duties I suspect) is friendly and knowledgable. The time frame window she gives you is adhered to and they’ll phone you when the serviceman is on the way. Greg (probably the «G» in G & S) is an honest guy who gives you the straight scoop and will try (successfully more than not) to repair your HVAC or appliances at a reasonable cost as opposed to trying to sell new equipment. I will definitely continue to trade with these fine people and would recommend them to anyone!

I had a Trane system installed 4 years ago and got an estimate from them, but ended up going with another company at the time. I called him to get an estimate on replacing our other A/​C, and he was extremely rude because I didn’t go with him 4 years ago and said «Why would I want to come out there if you didn’t use us before?» As a consumer, it’s my prerogative to get estimates from various companies and decide who I would like to use. We had to go with who was the best at the time overall for us. I want to let you know that my experience speaking with this dealer was nothing but negative and he told me I have too much work and I’m not in the best of spirits, so thanks anyway, and hung up on me. Not good business. I’d be careful to deal with a guy like this who treats customers this way.
