King Car Wash

The good part: despite being very crowded on a weekend morning, I was in and out within 20 min and there were 6 cars in front of me when I arrived. They are well staffed and have a good process to keep things moving.
The bad part: they skipped big chunks of the package and/​or did them so poorly that you can’t tell they did them. I purchased the «Castle» wash which has a bunch of extra stuff that the other option doesn’t. Nothing different happened to my car. They don’t wipe down the interior at all, my floor mats were sopping wet, my rims and wheels untouched, no air freshener and the car wasn’t fully dried. I have spots on it and I just left there 10 min ago on a sunny day.

As most people have said… Expensive as all hell. However, they are rather speedy, do a great job and also work their normal hours during cold winter days. They need to make a more visible and expansive menu for first time customers who don’t know how their prices work. I was blown away with a bill for $ 70.00 for JUST AN INTERIOR WASH. I came to find out they were also charging me for things I didn’t ask for and gladly took off some things off the price. Because of their professionalism with taking care of me, I decided to write a review. Also… One last thing. Their employees should not be in the main lobby where people are paying and waiting screaming and laughing in Spanish. Does not make for a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

I just moved to the area and am so glad to have found King Car Wash! They did an outstanding job with the wash and interior work. I inquired about having them remove calcium leak stains on the side of my car and they said they could take care of it quickly for a very fair price. Within 15 minutes, they had removed the stains on both sides of my car and kept me informed of the progress along the way. If that wasn’t enough, they rewashed the car one more time when they were done with the calcium removal. I am glad to have found them and will definitely be back!

Average car wash. Workers need to focus on job. Workers are more interested in getting the customers out, no attention to detail.

This guys are really good ! I’m getting all the time Castle option to my car (25 $), but worth it!!! They are quick, 10 minutes and you are ready to go !!!

Had interior car detailed today, my 2009 RAV4 looks great! Little miscommunication on time needed job to be completed, but giving this interior car detailing 5 stars!!! Staff pleasant, understanding, and I would definitely recommend everyone to this car wash!!! GREAT JOB!

How about another round for King Car Wash. So I decided to surprise my parents and have their new Caravan completely detailed and scotchgard protected. Since the new vehicle was not going to be in use with my folks. I figured perfect timing to drop off the vehicle for an entire day of pampering. Most people would assume if you buy a brand new car, the dealership would detail it for you. Well I knew King was the way to go with their impressive track record with me. From top to bottom wax and shine the caravan looked fantastic. My folks were super excited to see the results and even the grandkids too.

Friendly staff, they use a lot of Rain X when offered in wash package. One time the wash didn’t complete all the actions listed. I told the outside supervisor, he apologized and rewashed my vehicle. If you use a coupon this place is priced perfectly.

I went 2 days ago for $ 25car wash and that was wasted money. I will not go back there anymore. outside doesn’t look so bad but they really didn’t clean and vacuum my car inside. Under floor mats is still a lot of dirt and looks like they didn’t vacuum at all. they didn’t clean my car dashboard and I really don’t know what I was paying for. overall if you like your car nice And clean avoid this place because you really paying for nothing.

This carwash is right by my house, so I don’t know why it took me so long to try them out. maybe the constantly long lines on the nice weekends scared me off. Anyways, I had to get a car cleaned and went there. Line wasn’t long that day. I bought the $ 20 package and saved $ 5 from Unilocal Check-​in. (Show the cashier the Unilocal screen on your phone). The wash was quick and they had a ton of guys drying and cleaning the car. I was in and out lickety-​split! Although for $ 15/​$ 20, I was hoping for a free rewash within 5 days like other local washes. If they had that, they’d get 5-​stars from me.

Super quick & efficient team at King Car Wash. My car looks great (5 days later)! I even redeemed a $ 5 off coupon thru Unilocal.
A little expensive for regular car washes but great for once and awhile.

I was in the area for a business meeting and my car was a disaster so I wanted to get it cleaned. I opted for their «Royal Treatment» thinking it would give me some good karma!
I was impressed with the staff — there are a lot of them running around and they were all really nice. I met the owner, Frank, who personally welcomed me and seemed to be all over the details which is a good sign at any business.
The wash uses a lot of soap so I know the car is getting cleaned properly. Even stuff that I thought would not come off of my vehicle was gone. Interior looked great and had a nice smell, too.
I don’t know if it’s possible but I swear that my car stayed clean for longer after I had it washed there. Even after sitting outside for a week it still looks good.

I have had poor service there before, but my husband stopped for a vacuum and wash on Saturday. The service has not improved. They didn’t completely clean the inside and left some dirt on the carpets and seats. Obviously they just did the bare minimum on the inside. We are very disappointed with service. Please save your money and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Wish I could have given no stars.

Oh God I love this place.
My drive to Chicago from STL left my windshield thoroughly coated with bug entrails. Since seeing out your windshield is a fairly important part of driving, I grudgingly decided to pony up some dough to get it washed, even though I knew I’d be flipping around and driving back the next day.
For FOUR BUCKS I got a basic wash and HAND DRY. My car looked amazing, it took 2 minutes, the guys were super super duper nice, and my car is STILL looking good, 5 days and 400 miles later.
Oh– and if you check in on Unilocal,you get 5 bucks off the 20 dollar car wash.

I just had a professional detailing for my Xterra and it is spotless inside and out! Also they gave me a ride home and pick up so i didn’t have to wait with my two little kids :)

I’ve never stopped in for a quick car wash but I have dropped off my car quite a few times to get it detailed. A few times they said they don’t have my appointment in the books for some reason but they always took my car. Drops you off somewhere if you need and picks you up when your car is ready since it will take a couple of hours. Always feel like I have a brand new car when I get it back!

I’ve been here twice now. The first time was ok, nothing super impressive, as I just got the outside done and noticed a few spots were missed. The ones I noticed before leaving, I pointed them out to one of the guys and he wiped them off, no problem. But when I got home I found more, not pleased. A couple weeks later I went came and got the Royal Wash, which is their $ 20 wash that included cleaning the inside (the mats), and full service wash with underbody wash and extra conditioner, fragrance, etc. What like: the guys on the outside who ask what kind of wash you’d like are friendly and you don’t have to drive your own car through the wash. What I don’t like: the cashier is rude, after I paid for the wash which I later felt stupid about paying $ 20 for, I watched my car go through the machine, it is not a touch less wash. The one guy who takes care of the mats runs them through a mat cleaning machine. Apparently you’re supposed to stick it in and pull it out. This guy drops my mat in there and starts kicking the machine to get it out. Then he throws the clean wet mats on the floor until your car is ready to be dried. So when my car gets spit out of the wash, another guy drives it outside, then the mat guy came along and just threw, yes I said he THREW my mats in the car… WET. That can’t be good for you carpet, seriously. So when he signal me to come over, I point out that the mats are disheveled and soaked and they missed some spots on the bottom of the car and my seats are all out of line. And he acts like that’s normal! Not happy, dude… there’s no tip in your future! … And where the hell is the Piña Colada fragrance I chose??? It’s safe to say I won’t be back, no matter how convenient the location is.

What a shame. Since i was 17 i used to bring my car here to get washed when i didn’t do it by hand. But recently, this place has definitely gone down. i paid for their best service which is 25. After they are done, i look inside and the dash is still dirty, the center console has marks of grease. They use dirty towels. They half ass everything. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

Paid $ 20 for a what I’d expect to be an above average inside and out wash. I won’t suggest they did. Bad job outside but certainly didn’t put any effort at all to the inside.
I would typically pay 20 for a hand car wash in the city, and they’ll pay attention to details such as… make sure my navigation screen, dash, gauges, buttons, center console, cup holders would all be wiped down.
I wish I had gotten the $ 6 exterior wash because outside of the minimal vacuuming they had to do, they didn’t even touch the inside of car. I feel ripped off, I ended up using cleaner I had in my trunk to finish their job.
Maybe this was a random one off of someone screwing up but it’s my lesson learned, get the car washed at home and not near work.

They did a good job and it was done quickly. I don’t think some of the guys speak English, because when I drove up… I said, «Hey it’s my first time here and…» but no answer just smiles (not a big deal).
They are a little pricey though. They cost twice as much as Delta Sonic so I only got my exterior cleaned and my tires which was $ 9.
