I come here on my lunch break at least once a week, maybe more. The staff is fast and friendly, and frets every customer that comes in. I have never been more impressed with a «fast food» restaurant’s customer service. There is one gentleman in particular, I don’t know his name as the employee don’t wear name tags, but he is younger and usually works weekdays, any who he is super nice and always remembers me! What a great team you gave here, Subway.

This is def the«stoner subway». The employees I encountered were 5 beers short of a six-pack.

This feedback is primarily meant for the morning staff. This morning, at about 9AM, I walked in to get a flatbread sandwich. I work just down the street and was hoping to get my sandwich and get right to work(since I was aleady a bit late). Instead, I walked in for the dude behind the counter, to never acknowledge my presense, as I watched him(slowly) putting cookies in the cookie compartment. Did I mention that he moved slowly? Once he finished with the cookies, he realized he had bread in the oven(overbaking). He then decided to pull all the bread out of the ovens into their compartments. Still, no ‘hello” or «give me a moment»… or anything. I just stood there watching him move slow. Pressed for time, I was seconds from walking out. He eventually finished with the bread, then grabbed his plastic gloves and looked up to ask for me order. Being the only one in the restaurant, I thought that I would have gotten better/quicker/quality service. Instead, I feel that I received somewhat poor service. A simple ‘hello’ and ‘give me a moment’ would have been fine with me. No acknowledgment, told me that he didn’t care that I was there, waiting. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this Subway, which is why I decided to submit a review. The unfortunate part is that this is the closest Subway to my office as it makes it convenient for me on busy days(at work). From now on, I have to find a way to get my morning sanwiches from other Subways.

I don’t come here very often(maybe 1 – 2 times a month, tops) but every time the line always moves very quick. Somehow the guys working the counter seem to remember me and ask if I’d like the usual. I guess I do make an odd sandwich, but that’s a nice touch.

I think we ca all agree that most all subways are the same but you look for a few things to be done right. The staff was friendly and quickly moved through a long line New gloves were put on for each sandwich which is important to me, a vegan. The bread was fresh and not stale and there were no missing veggie options I wish they served breakfast past 11, but I know that’s a corporate thing
