When I got in a dispute with my movers, these guys jerked me around for a couple of months. Then they sent me an extremely unprofessional email in broken English accusing me of all kinds of things and declaring that they wouldn’t make me a settlement offer unless I removed this review. I took it down to see what would happen and they offered me thirty dollars for a thousand dollar plus dispute. They ignored the documentation I submitted, sent me emails containing incorrect documents, and basically did just as shoddy a job as the movers.

I am currently in dispute with these people for damages incurred during a move. If I said they were worse than useless it would be a compliment. I had to get the Attorney General involved just to get an acknowledgment of receipt out of them. That took 3 months even though they state on their website that they will keep you informed of progress every 30 days. The final settlemet offer was for 1⁄10th of my claim (which took 6 months) and we are still in dispute over that after 9 months. I am currently in the process of lodging a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner and also taking them to court. They are, in my opinion, unethical and totally unprofessional.
