Lean Body Solution offers Semi-​Private Personal Training (3 people max). Lean Body Solution satisfies the person who needs something more private then a large commercial gym setting. We specialize in clients whose goals are to Tone and Firm muscle while simultaneously Burning Fat.

History

Established in 2014.

We recently launched our studio in May 2014. Our staff are all highly accredited by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have a number of certifications within the industry that follow. All of Lean Body Solution’s trainers have a minimum of 5 years in the industry. We only work with proven techniques and tools to help you get where you need to be.
