Marcelo provided exemplary service to my family and I and are extremely satisfied with our outcome. His assistance was essential throughout the process of selling our old place as well as coordinating and helping us purchase the home of our dreams. His attention to detail and service was impeccable but above all it was the little things that he did that made a difference. He was always patient, on time and made us feel like we were not just another sale and that made us even more comfortable. Definitely recommended

Had a verbal contract with this realtor and a deposit in hand to bring to him after doing a walk through of the property. Realtor and landlord agreed to minor repairs and then leased the property to someone else less then 12 hours after our phone call agreeing to the terms. Realtor is also related to client and did not disclose and is very unethical
