History

Established in 2003.

Pilates of Weston is the first in it’s category in West Broward County. Weston, Florida was just a young town when our studio was established. Very few people had knowledge of the existence of this type of exercise and it’s qualities and purpose. It was the combined effort of three sisters what brought Pilates of Weston to the standards of service and popularity in the community.

Meet the Business Owner

Luisa E.

Business Owner

Luisa is the owner of the studio, she has been trained in Clasical Pilates and also through Balance Body University for all Reformer Levels, as well as pre and post-​natal Pilates. Luisa has a background in Education with a B.A. in Psychology. She knows and promotes the mind body connection. Through Pilates exercises Luisa wants to give emphasis to this connection to bring not only physical but also mental strength and balance.
