Chris Z.

Business Owner

Chris Zizza is the founder of C&R Flooring which has provided, installed and refinished thousands of feet of wood flooring for New England’s homeowners and contractors since 1986. Zizza became the first recipient of the Longevity Honor Award presented by the Builder’s Association of Greater Boston. The award honored his many years in the building industry.

He is also the recent recipient of the Craftsman’s Degree — awarded by the NWFA and was honored by the same organization with the 2013 Community Service Award for his work on behalf of the Room to Dream Foundation.

Also in 2013 he received The Ellis Island Medal of Honor, an award he shares with six past US Presidents, given to those who live a life of Charity and Patriotism.

Zizza currently sits on the Board of Directors for The NWFA, National Wood Flooring Association which is the governing body for the Wood flooring industry in the United States. He is also the president of WFI, Wood Floor Inspectors of New England.
