I have been dealing with Sheldon & his crew for 30 yrs. They sell quality furniture for a great price. If you want CRAP. Go to Bob’s !!! You can’t go wrong at the Furniture Bank Outlet !!!

bought a futon here 2 summers ago, and about a month ago noticed a structural bracket had been slowly bending each time it was used. spoke to either the manager or owner who claimed there was nothing in stock but that they would try and order the replacement part from a warehouse. after following up was informed they could not find it. I asked if there was any kind of warranty (furniture should not break in under two years) but was told no, and that I should try to look online for the bracket. politely asked if they could supply the make or model and was told they could not. this makes me wonder if they even looked for the replacement to begin with. I am out of luck. It’s too bad, because they have a nice selection, but I work hard for my money and cannot afford another bust.
