We love it here! I used to go to Ramsey until Westwood opened. Our favorite vinegars are blueberry, apple, and regular. Their truffle pasta is amazing. Just cook it and stir with butter. So flavorful, no sauce needed. I got soaps there as well. Also great quality. Nice little shop!

I love this store, although I’ve only visited the Ramsey location. It’s a great little shop with a fantastic selection of(duh) oils and vinegars, but they also have a bunch of other related items as well. It’s good because you can try the oils and vinegars before you buy them, and I LOVE the roasted garlic avocado oil. I like to pair the fig balsamic vinegar with some smoked gouda and mozzarella and crackers, and the fig preserves that they also carry. The owner is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing.

My mother had been to this store before, and their larger location in Ramsey, and insisted that I come along with her to try some of their delicious olive oils and balsamic vineagars. This location is small, but they have a wonderful set up, with all their olive oils and vinegars available to try, both with small tasting cups and pieces of bread for dunking. I ended up walking away with the Thyme infused oil, and the Truffle infused oil. I also piked up the Chocolate Balsamic vinegar and the Blackberry Balsamic vinegar, both well aged, so they are thick and pungent and sweet. Upon my mother’s recommendation, I also picked up a jar of ratatouille spread and some red pesto sauce. The lady working there was helping with suggestions and answering questions about the products, and she was incredibly nice. The store was closing at 2:00 for an off-site tasting, and even though we arrived close to 2:00, she never made us feel rushed or pushed out the door. I would love to come back again and pick up a few additional oils and vinegars soon! I can’t wait to start cooking with the one’s I picked up already! If you aren’t already feeling inspired by the products in the shop alone, the oils and vinegars all come with a few serving suggestions on the back, and if you like the shop on Facebook, they frequently post recipes that include their products.
