Great customer service. Very quick! And easy!
I’m surprised I’m actually writing a review about getting an oil change, but Jiffy Lube did such a great job! This was my first time here. I pulled up midday on a weekend, someone immediately greeted me and escorted me to the waiting area. Although it was crowded in there, it had free coffee and wifi.
It was only about 15 minutes later that a tech took me out to the garage to review the recommended services for my vehicle. He was thorough, but not pushy. I appreciate his input, but didn’t feel too pressured on anything, which felt good overall.
10 minutes later my car was already ready! They gave a me new sticker and escorted me to the car with a smile!
I think I’ll be back here again soon. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

Jiffy Lube righted a big wrong for me today and have gained my business from now on. Previously, I had gotten brakes on my car and had to subsequently take them them in multiple times for the squeaking and grinding sounds. Today, I brought my car in and asked them to give it another check. The manager, Darrion, informed me the old manager was gone and assured me I would be taken care of.

He got to the root of the problem and made me feel like he cared for my car as much as I do. As someone who drives for a living this was a huge relief. Darrion, Jason and Sam all made the experience very pleasant and turned a very unpleasant past experience into an experience I will remember for many years to come.

Very good customer service from the point I pulled in to when I got back in my car. They tried to upsell me on everything but it was my first time there. Instead of paying the $ 26 oil change I did get up sold to the larger package of $ 37.
Another plus was how quick the service was. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes.

I drive from Boston to the Hartford area regularly. Needless to say, I must keep a well maintained car. I drove past the Jiffy Lube on the Berlin Tpke. in Wethersfield and had some extra time, so decided to get my oiled changed. Well, they did that, and a Whole Lot More, including the nice touches of a vacuum and window cleaning, which I really needed.
On Top of That … they were extremely polite, efficient, courteous … all those good things that I haven’t seen for a long while!
My experience at Jiffy Lube absolutely made my day that day! Thank You Everyone!

Best customer experience! A very efficient team with great knowledge. Usually I’m skeptical of going places other than a dealership for an oil change such as Firestone and Jiffy Lube but the customer experience alone will make this Subaru owner a repeat customer.

It’s nice to see that Jiffy Lube now has a budget option. It’s about time. For $ 24.99 and no extra charges other than tax, you just get a freakin’ oil change. Finally, an option for the people who have come to their senses, and know you don’t need all that extra crap they upsell you on.
They changed my oil, topped off my fluids, put a little air in the tires, and sent me away in about 20 minutes. Bing, bang, boom. Of course, I was eventually upsold on all that rubbish… fuel system treatments, wiper blades, brake fluid flushes… nonsense. But like a depressed divorcee to a desperate stripper, I politely said no thanks.
They greet you at your car and come off as very friendly. I even asked them to ensure that my drain plug and oil filter were hand tight at the end of the job (because I do most of my own oil changes), and they were happy to oblige.

Stopped in for our usual oil change according to sticker and once the guys gave our car a once over and checked things, apparently the sticker was wrong and we had 1,800+ miles to go.
Not much, but extended us out a few more weeks. They could have just took our money and said nothing.

My engine light was on and I was desperate because I had a long ride home so I called. He said they were closing in 15 minutes but he would wait for me. Sam was awesome. He showed me that my oil level was fine. He checked on the computer that everything was fine and that I had the AC on so long and it triggered the light. I offered a gratuity but he refused. Best service I ever had. He put my mind at ease, was honest and friendly. Sam is the man.

Not «jiffy» or cheap. I couldn’t just droip my car and go, it took longer to do the pre inspection so they could try and upsell me on everything than it did to change the oil. I went there because i was in a rush. Won’t be back, not worth it.
