Established in 2009.

Bailey & Poague was opened by Clyde T. Bailey, III and Brooke K. Poague on April 1, 2009. Having both practiced at larger firms, Mr. Bailey and Ms. Poague opened Bailey & Poague, LLC as a small, boutique law firm with the sole goal of offering quality legal services in the area of family law.

Business Owner

Clyde has dedicated his legal practice to Family Law which allows him to serve clients with legal matters arising from divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, adoptions, paternity matters and other domestic issues. He also serves as Assistant Attorney General and previously represented Elmore County Department of Human Resources in matters involving child dependency.
