I WISH YOU COULD JUST ADD COMMENTS WITHOUT HAVING TO RATE! But I feel like this is useful information…
In order to get delivery for the first time, they need the driver to inspect the tank, but can’t give you any time frame for his arrival. I live in the same town as them, when I pressed for a rough idea, I was told, «probably business hours». Rep on the phone was pleasant and understanding, but really didn’t look to find a solution, so I’ll need to go with someone else.

Dave, apparently the owner according to the other post, was really nice and took care of everything. He was good with our friendly dogs and made sure to take a good look at our furnace to make sure everything was working okay. He gave us advice on how to save oil and how to take care of the boiler. If you need heating oil delivered, I would highly recommend Fossil Fuel Enterprises.

I don’t live in a house where I need oil anymore, but when I did this is the company I used. Dave, the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He will deliver oil at a moments notice and service calls are handled promptly and efficiently. I once ran out of oil and called at 7 am by 7:15 am the truck was at my house. Can’t ask for any better then that. His prices are right on par with everyone else, sometimes even less.
