Based solely on front desk, very rude and should not be in customer service. Walked away and mumbled under her breathe ! Nice job, lots of competitors in the area, spend your money elsewhere.

Wow — Chuck really knows what he is doing! I’ve never had such a knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. It was unlike any other massage I’ve had because it was, by no means, relaxing — but I left there feeling invigorated and pain free.
OMG — he literally worked out all of the kinks in my back and neck and I feel like a million bucks. He made it his mission to find and release all of the knots and stiffness — and his hands seem to magically find them without any input from me. He joked that he does not «do Swedish massage» (it was more like accu-​pressure) and that his clients «don’t like him… until they leave.» I didn’t — but now I do! He will be my go-​to guy for massage from now on.
Oh, and they sell memberships that give monthly massages at a discount that make for a great Christmas present for somebody — only I got one for own self!

Went to H&S Sunday for a massage and facial. Donna did an amazing job with my massage and worked out all the «kinks» I had. Tracy did my facial and my face feels and looks great! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. The place looks great and I left feeling amazing. Definitely worth a try!

Amazing experience! My therapist Kerri was fantastic! I’ve never been so relaxed in my life! I mentioned my face felt a little cold while she was working my shoulders; even though the table is heated and there’s a thick blanket, and she put a hot hot towel with some peppermint oil on it to warm me up and give me some sinus relief! Kerri was compassionate, thoughtful, and an amazing massage therapist! I signed for a membership and will be back soon!
