We also have a highly experienced and professional teaching staff and can teach you or your child how to play in a clean and modern environment. All instructors are CORI checked.

In ’86 I graduated from Dean College in Franklin, MA. with a major in guitar and a minor in small business management, then my local music store hired me. Yay! I ended up working at that shop for 11 years doing everything from sales, management, accounting, advertising, stockboy, janitor… you name it, I did it.

During the 11 years I spent learning the ropes of music retail, I was also an active performer. In 1987 I was a member of Adam Bomb on Geffen Records and in 1988 I took a year off to attend Musicians Institute (GIT) in Hollywood, CA. Since then I’ve shared stages with Dio, Stryper, Kings X, Yngwie Malmsteen, Ratt, Skid Row, Rob Halford, Queensryche and even Iron Maiden, when my band toured as their opening act in 2000.

In 1996 the opportunity to open my own music store presented itself and with the support of vendors and customers, I opened Matt’s Music Center on 11÷6÷96.
