A-​1 Rental was founded in 1958 and is still family owned and operated. Professional customer service is our specialty and our staff has collectively over 120 years of experience. We are a complete equipment rental center, serving the north west metro area. We do more than rent tools, we provide solutions for the do it yourself or professional customer. A –1 Rental gives training on the proper use of equipment, we offer pick-​up and delivery service, and have on site service to keep your job running. Equipment from our vast inventory of hand tools to skid loaders are available for rent. A-​1 Rental also offers repair service and parts for most equipment and we are an authorized service center for Poulan, Weedeater and Hitachi tools

History

Established in 1958.

My dad, Chuck, bought a little fix it store, like you would find in Mayberry, but it was right here in Wheat Ridge. The business started across the street (now home to Right Coast Pizza) and then came to our historic home in about 1970. Our current location used to be a livery.

My dad, Chuck, started A-​1 Rental Service in 1958. I have grown up in the rental business and I have been working here since I was 17 years old. I am very knowledgeable about most types of equipment, I can find the right tool for any job, and I will gladly teach anyone how to use any equipment. I am willing to help with all your rental needs!
