Jessica R.
Business Owner
Jessica has 2 bachelors degrees from Wartburg College in exercise science and physical education. She has been using these degrees to teach fitness and dance classes at North High School since 2007. In pursuit of her desire to help others improve their health Jessica became a licensed massage therapist after graduating from Colorado School of the Healing Arts in 2008. She has been practicing sports and deep tissue massage ever since. In 2011 the road twisted one more time to lead Jessica back into the exercise realm when she became an ACSM certified personal trainer and started working at the SBSM fitness center in the Highlands. Now Jessica has brought all of her degrees, certifications, and experiences together to offer the highlands a unique wellness studio designed to meet the needs of a family oriented community.
