Where to start well first the two cleaning ladies or that’s what they call them selfs showed up to the wrong house and had to call me to find that house was right down street but they made sure to punch in the time that they were waiting at wrong house and not doing anything after they got to my house the spent 2 hours cleaning or what they call cleaning and then charged me for 2.5 hours. Gave them a list of what I needed done and they didn’t even do all that their idea of dusting is wiping around items on shelves and leaving dust everywhere also I ask them to wipe down cabinets in kitchen and instead of wiping them one of ladies ask other lady should she wipe down and she said no they look fine they did not do even an below average job it could have been done better by my 3 year old son I could go on for ever about what they didn’t do for being a cleaning service they just did a horrific job I wouldn’t advise any one to use this cleaning company and anyone currently using them should stop ASAP before they waste any more money. On top of the above when my wife call the owner of company she in not so many words said that it was my fault for not going around the whole house and pointing out every little thing like dusting fan washing windows wiping off counter tops so it was my fault that they don’t know how to do their job lol Like I said I could write a book of all things they didn’t do but I don’t have time In closing the owner said that they would give me 40 dollar credit out of the 200 I spent that 40 bucks of that was over charge
I would not ever tell any one to use them for anything unless you want to throw money away and if that’s what you want to do you could throw it this was lol
What a joke this company is please help me help others and don’t even call these guys

THIS LADY WILL GIVE YOU A REASONABLE BID TO GET YOUR BUSINESS, AND THEN DEMAND DOUBLE THE AMOUNT ON COMPLETION.
Mia, the owner of this cleaning business, came into my home to discuss a bid, went through every room, nook and corner to determine what my cleaning needs would be and how long it would take. My home has always been professionally cleaned now for over 11 yrs. After assessing my entire home, and commenting that it was in very good condition, she gave me a range of what the cost would be. She ASSURED me the cost to clean the entire home, with agreed upon specifications, would not exceed the higher amount quoted. She also assured me that she would be present on the first clean to oversee the initial clean. A couple of days later her crew showed up 2 hours earlier than scheduled… without Mia, and before I took the kids to school. After one hour of cleaning, one of the cleaners asked if I wanted her to continue. I thought this was a strange question being that they had not finished the end to end clean. I said yes, please continue, I want the entire house cleaned as discussed on the bid. On completion, the job was done well; however, I was told that the amount owed was now over DOUBLE the highest quoted amount on the written bid. Mia called at that time and demanded that I pay the cleaner the doubled amount. «I can’t honor what I quoted, I go with what my cleaners have quoted »
said the owner of this dishonest, morally reprehensible business.
She did get paid, but of course has lost my ongoing business!
I want to warn others of this practice by which this unscrupulous business stays afloat.
Please keep looking! There are other cleaning companies out there that are far better to work with. I have found one that I’m very happy with, and it is NOT Willow Lane Home Services!

Just used my Willow Lane groupon today and was very impressed! They showed up on time, listened carefully to my preferences, and got right to work! They worked efficiently and in one hour, two of them cleaned most of the entire house. I was really impressed. They did more than what I asked of them and they were very friendly! :-)

SPOTLESS! And always smelling clean and fresh. That’s how our house feels after our weekly visit from Willow Lane. Willow Lane visits our home once a week for a thorough cleaning. We have a dog and a baby, and so our floors, carpets, and our couch can get pretty dirty. Willow Lane always does a fantastic job of keeping our house looking and smelling great. They pay close attention to detail especially in our kitchen (wiping out the microwave) and bath (getting those pesky little corners under the counter) and they also get the doggie nose smudges off of our windows. They also water our plants (they’ve never looked better) and will wash linens or bath mats every few weeks as needed. If we ever need anything else, all we have to do is ask and they do it immediately. They also use great cleaning products that I believe are organic (or organic as a cleaning product can get) which is important to us since we have a baby. I know I keep mentioning how good the house smells, but seriously whatever they use smells phenomenal. On top of the wonderful cleaning job they do week in and week out, they are extremely professional and trustworthy. They always show up on time, always charge a reasonable amount for their great work, and are beyond trustworthy with our personal items in our home. My husband and I are fairly OCD and even when we clean our house we can’t get it even close to how great it looks and smells after Willow Lane is done.
