Repeated robo-​calls despite being on Do-​Not-​Call list and directly contacting company. Would never do business with them for that reason.

Picked up call from «Private Caller» at 9:52 a.m. today — heard recorded message about window washing etc. — telling me to call back at 630÷293−1000 if I wanted more info. As most, I am on DNC list for home and cell — which, nowadays, means nothing. I asked guy who picked up phone name of company — said Awe Struck. Told him I am on DNC, he was breaking law, that I would report him on Unilocal at to FTC. He said «he didn’t know what I was talking about,» after which, I told him to never call me again and hung up. Can’t block him on home as phone has limit of 30 — and telemarketing calls I receive far exceed this number — have to keep on deleting older ones — replacing with more recent offenders. Would never use this company based on their breaking law re: DNC and bad reviews on Unilocal

Never showed up for appointment or r scheduled appointment that was prepaid through Amazon local.
Have the nerve to telemarket us still.
Scam artists.

They will not stop telemarketing — it’s been years of telling them to stop. Watch out for Glamour services, too. Same thing. Not worth it.

Pesky low life telemarketing based business … Blocked them for good now. Amazing how the only «businesses» that use aggressive robo calling and disregard the wishes of potential customers, perform the work at a reported mediocre level actually continue in business. Maybe if they used their «business skills» to produce quality results they could develop a solid customer network. Too bad.

I used this company once to get some (very mediocre) gutter cleaning work. The gutters were cleaned but they left a huge mess all over my yard. Now they proceed to call me frequently to get new service after I’ve told them repeatedly that I’ve sold the house, moved, and don’t need them any longer. When I called this out — they were very rude about it.

Warning warning — aside from blatantly violating telemarketing laws, the Illinois Secretary of State website indicates they are NOT IN GOOD STANDING. Owner/​President Matthew Glamkowski was charged with financial fraud last year. Yeah for justice!

Let’s see — was this the third robocall i received or the fifth? Was it the first three times that I called back and asked that they remove my number? Was it all three times that I received an obscenity-​laced response from whoever answered the call? Was it the first three times that same person insisted that since ‘political candidates can call, why can’t we’?
They are delightfully ignorant, rude, and based on the other reviews, completely incompetent in whatever service they provide.

Woke me at 8:10 this am with an automated call, son sick in bed. I called to complain about such an early morning call, especially with a sick person home trying to sleep and was told very rudely that the law allows them to start calling at 8 am and that she didn’t really care about my personal life, then abruptly hung up on me! REALLY? That’s how you win over customers??? The first part would have been enough, but to add the part about not caring… WOW!
Apparently there are a lot of people upset with their robo calls and according to the Unilocal reviews, they don’t appear to do that well on cleaning either. (Makes me wonder about the few 5 star reviews… I go with the majority)
If they want to do well in business, don’t call until after 9, be polite when someone calls back to be removed from your calling list, and then remove them! Oh yea, and show up on time and do a good job… Then you may start getting good reviews.

This company constantly robo calls me.
I can’t get them to stop! It is so annoying!

We used them to clean our eaves, due to a Groupon savings negotiation. They left a mess in our yard, they did not fully clean the eaves, and they knocked down a piece of our downspout on the upper roof that I cannot reach. We contacted them to come back to take care of downspout, but they never even returned a call. We’ll be going back to L.A. McMahon Window Washing (and no, I do not have a vested interest in L.A.; they just do good work!).

We bought a gutter cleaning on Amazon Local. Two people showed up an hour and a half later than our two hour window given. These people did not look professional — Tshirts and shorts. They were done cleaning our two-​story house in about 15 – 20 minutes. When they presented us with the bill they told us we still owed them $ 20 because the down spouts were not included.
With a few probing questions we were told that they work for the company but are independent contractors. The additional money for the down went to the independent contractors, not the company. They independent contractor then proceeded to try and sell us his services independently — because he is cheaper and also does window washing.
Even though I bough this on Amazon Local for a «deal» I still feel as though I got incredibly ripped off.

If I could give less than one star I would! This company has ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service! The so called managers~especially Gabby~are EXTREMELY RUDE! The owner doesn’t bother to ever call back. They are crooks~sold me 4 hours of cleaning told me it could be split into 2−2hr visits so that is what I did. The girl came out one time for 2 hours only got 2 bathrooms done and now they won’t honor my other 2 hour visit. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICES IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED VERY VERY POORLY!!!

This is the same company as Glamor Services, who has several 1 star reviews on Unilocal,Google, etc. They must have had to change the company name to cover up their poor business practices and so many dissatisfied customers.
After Glamour cleaned my gutters and tried to charge me triple the quoted priced for gutter inserts, I decided to never use them again. After several months of harassment, I eventually had to contact the IL Better Business Bureau to get Glamour to stop calling me twice a week to see if I needed their services.
It looks like Awestruck is headed in the same direction. Too bad the owners think opening a new company, without changing any of their pathetic business practices, is the way to go.

Brought a Amazon Local deal to have my two story house gutters cleaned. They canceled the first scheduled cleaning because of prior rains (ground too soft for the ladders). When they came out my wife was not home but arrived while they were there and the guy said the gutters were cleaned and they were done. She asked about a toy that had been «trapped» in the gutter a few months and the guy had no idea what she was talking about. So she explained and he said it wasn’t their job to remove toys from the roof. Problem is it is IN THE GUTTER and if you CLEAN the GUTTER you remove debris right?
I contacted Awe Struck and they arranged for someone to come out and verify the job was done. On the day they were supposed to come out I was home all day. No one showed or called.
I’m just asking Amazon to refund the money. If you do hire these guys, make sure you watch them to make sure they are doing the job they were hired to do.

This company is BREAKING THE LAW. We are on the National Do Not Call List, yet their Robocalls come at all hours of the day and night.

I bought a coupon for this company on Amazon, and was disappointed that they showed up late – after the two hours I waited for them. However, the guy did a good job, and ultimately I was happy with them.

This is the worst company ever! I scheduled an appointment with them three times and they haven’t showed up at all. The first time we had an appointment scheduled, my husband called them to see what’s going on because they didn’t show up at the time frame they said they would and they asked us to reschedule, we did. The day of the second appointment, they called us to cancel and asked us to reschedule. We rescheduled a third time between the times of 11 – 1 p.m., I’m sitting at home waiting for them AGAIN, it’s 2:40 and they didn’t even bother to call to say they can’t make it or if they are running late. I guess they just enjoy wasting people’s time and day. Truly unprofessional.

I bought a $ 36 groupon deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. Trouble began when I emailed the company (via their website) with questions about the service. They never responded. I called to ask my questions in person and the woman answering the phone was scattered and disorganized. She kept trying to schedule service while I was still asking questions. I specifically asked about additional fees and charges and was told there was a $ 0.25/square foot pre-​treatment fee for visibly soiled carpet. Additionally, she said there would be a $ 5.00 fee for cleaning the hallway, even though I only had two other rooms I wanted clean. No other additional costs were mentioned.
The cleaners arrived at the scheduled time, which was the only positive thing about this experience. I was told:
–My living room counted as two rooms because it exceeded 10×10 sq. feet.
–Pre-​treatment (REQUIRED for service) had to be applied to all the carpet, not just the carpet that was actually stained. ($ 25 per «room,» the living room counting as two rooms and the hallway being charged separately.)
–Additional fees were tacked on for Scotch Guarding, Sanitizing in every «room» and hallway.
–The base price for cleaning three rooms was listed at $ 36.00 on my bill, and the $ 36.00 groupon was simply subtracted from the total. I received no discount at all and certainly the advertised $ 120.00 value.
The final total came out to $ 190.00 and the lowest they would go was an additional $ 90.00 on top of the money I’d already paid. The salesmen were high pressure and just kept repeating their pitch for each separate product. We cancelled service and sought a refund through groupon.
