Mr. Jimmy of Beyond Carpet Cleaning & Flooring is an amazing man. I was in need of some expert carpet cleaning, so it was Mr. Jimmy to the rescue. Beyond carpet cleaning was honest, fast, and reliable! My basement flooded and we called them the day after. We had already vacuumed up most of the water and we had fans going all over the room to help dry it. He came the next day and stated it wouldn’t be smart to clean the carpets until it was completely dry so he said he would come back a few days later. He came back and did an excellent job with cleaning the carpet plus my bed. He even left a goodie bag full of useful things!

Jimmy the carpet cleaner is a rock star. I have used him for over 8 years for both my personal home and the homes of my clients (I’m a real estate broker). He has become my «go to» guy for carpet cleaning and flood restoration.
When my clients give me that distress call when their basement floods and none of the flood restoration companies are answering their phones, I look like a hero because I can get Jimmy to service my clients. He makes me look good.
And it’s not fair to compare him to a regular carpet cleaner. He is such a pro. He’s knowledgeable. He’s honest. And he does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it.

It’s gorgeous!!! Got our carpeting cleaned today, and the results, as usual, are wonderful. Our white carpeting is 11 years old, and still looks great due to Jimmy’s care. Jimmy is the owner of the Beyond Carpet, and is the best in the business. He’s punctual, respectful, totally knows what’s needed for whatever types of issues we have, and handles it. Pets, kids, parties, etc ~ he determines what’s needed & gets beautiful results every single time :) In fact, he even helped me determine a behavior modification solution for one of our aging pets, who refused retraining away from the carpet. It took a couple of consultations, but we found something that works, and Jimmy’s so happy that we got that problem solved :) He’s a great guy, easy to work with, etc. But above all else, he’s the best we’ve ever tried, and we’ll continue to be loyal customers of Beyond.

Jim at Beyond Carpet is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and does an excellent job. I had a sick pet that created a lot of urine damage on the carpet in my basement and after one thorough cleaning the smell was gone and the carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend him. The other nice thing is that he honest. If he thinks the job is something you could do yourself, he will let you know and tell you how to do the job right yourself. Finally, he offers a service where he will come out on a regular schedule to clean so that you don’t have to remember when your last cleaning was performed.

What incredible service! The owner, Jim, goes on each job, in order to assure the best service. We used him to clean our rugs and couches after we moved. There were some obvious stains from the move and just normal use, and when he was done they looked brand new! What a great feeling when you first move into a place to have clean carpets and furniture! Jim was so kind, he even clean out my son’s car seat for free!!! Jim’s excellent work, paired with his wonderful attitude and serving spirit makes for a great carpet cleaner!!! You won’t be sorry for choosing Beyond Carpet Cleaning.
