Borter Heating & Air Conditioning has been a customer focused business from the very start. Family owned and operated, we are part of the community and treat our customers as our neighbors. In our second generation of ownership, we continue to pass on to the next generation the importance of quality workmanship and technical knowledge. We start with basic mechanical ability and add to that continuing education, training and certification. It is important to us for you be able to find us digitally but talk to us personally, so you will always get a live person when you call! One of our own employees will be happy to assist you during our regular business hours and our answering service will page a technician for you after hours if you need emergency service.

Kellie’s focus for Borter Heating & Air Conditioning has been to make sure the community knows we are here for them when their HVAC equipment is not behaving as it should. Since 1996, Kellie has connected with customers, local businesses, trade schools and vendors to keep in touch and feel the pulse of the heating and air conditioning industry, and our consumers. Just because something is the current trend with marketing gurus, doesn’t mean that is what consumers are truly asking for from our company. Kellie watches and listens; Tweets and comments on facebook; requests advice on Linked-In; participates in local community events and chambers of commerce; meets and talks with customers face-to-face. And yes, even answers the phone!
