I’m giving them a low rating because I was in the area, so I transferred my prescription to be picked up from this pharmacy. Apparently, they didn’t have the same generic that I got from my CVS, so they filled it with another generic that cost 3x as much. My CVS isn’t really near my home, but it’s near my parents. The CVS near my home, I don’t go to. I should just use Target because I go there all the time. Anyways, when asked if they had my insurance, which they did, and why it cost so much this time around, they said they didn’t have it in stock? My phone number is on file, so I don’t understand why they didn’t call to ask. They said they’d have to order it and it’d be there in 2 days. I transferred the prescription 2 days prior and I called twice that same day at 2 different times. Of course, I didn’t pay for it. I said I’ll go back to my CVS to get it filled. Waste of time.

This CVS is much larger than the CVS on university and it has it’s own large parking lot! Had a bad experience trying to print passport and other pictures. The machine had to be restarted several times and pictures wouldn’t print through their wireless Kodak App. The location seemed understaffed with the 3 employees I saw running back and forth from the front counter and the pharmacy, trying to cover both counters. As far as the products, things were stocked incorrectly and stocked in a lazy manner. After filling up an entire shelf of a certain brand of pretzels, instead of taking the remaining 3 or 4 bags in the box in to the back these extras were placed to rest on top of the full shelf. This looked cluttered and unorganized. All in all, I’d stop by this location over the one on University anyday.
