Description

Specialties

Derrick Architecture is an architectural firm that specializes in residential design, renovation and interiors. Derrick Architecture’s primary goal is to provide thoughtful and dedicated professional service to its clients by producing the highest levels of design quality possible while adhering to our clients’ tastes and budget. Although our work is in a variety of architectural styles, it is firmly rooted in the traditional vernacular merged with contemporary living that satisfies the aesthetic preferences of our diverse clientele.

History

Established in 2001.

Derrick Architecture has always been a design oriented architecture firm focused on residential construction. We began in Downers Grove, and moved to Wheaton in 2008. We specialize in infill lots for established communities, whole house renovations, interior renovations, spec homes, lake houses and retreats, and new construction. We concern ourselves with the interior detailing and design of rooms as much as the exteriors and floor plans. We believe beauty through design should be accessible to every client. Our process is a simple one: Listen, Guide and Create. We begin by listening to the needs and desires of our clients, we then use our experience and knowledge to guide our clients and refine the designs until we are able to create what will be a home uniquely suited to thier lifestyle.
