I went here to get my fingerprints done for the FBI fingerprint card. They were returned as illegible. No big deal, it happens. I called to ask how I could go about getting my money refunded, as I now need to go to a more expensive place that will have a quick turnaround for my background check instead of sending them in myself. The owner literally *yelled and shouted* at me, to the point that I had to hang up on him.(I don’t think I’ve ever done that to someone my whole life!) Turns out that the FBI charged me the $ 18 already, too, so now I am out even more money. Save your money and get them done elsewhere.

Mr. Theodore Robinson runs this business. It’s a one stop shop for fingerprinting, photography(including passport photos), insurance, and more. I recently visited this establishment to get my fingerprints taken for an FBI background check. Originally I went to the Bethesda Police Station but they were extremely rude so I decided I’d pay a little extra for a service instead. Turns out Mr. Robinson only charged $ 12 for the fingerprinting, including providing the fingerprinting card.(The police charge $ 10 and provide plenty of attitude to go with that, but no card). Mr. Robinson was courteous over the phone and gave me directions. He was fast and professional, and I would recommend him for fingerprinting in the future versus the police station any day!
