Uncooked chicken and rude people never coming here mom and were not greated nicely, the place was empty, we had to ask 3 times if they were opened. And finally someone turned around and said. we are slow. At 730 pm. When asked if certain items were gluten free they seemed clueless. Girl at register didn’t smile once. Seemed dumb founded. After she brought food just played it in table and said enjoy it. And walked one every ask I’d meal was OK… or checked on us. chicken so like rubber. appeared raw. Not returning. Thanks.

Food is fine, though most time I end up asking for more cheese sauce on the mac n cheese because depending on who makes it, sometimes it barely has any. Portion sizes definitely vary by visit since they changed the bowls. There’s an employee or two that are often times curt and seemingly purposely avoid giving you your survey with the receipt or just stare at you until you start talking to place your order. It’s definitely better than the other nearby location, though.

I usually get the Pesto Cavatappi or Buttered Noodles when I come here but I decided on my last visit to try something new. Unfortunately, I chose poorly. I got the Spicy Chicken Caesar sandwich with a side of the Tomato Basil Bisque soup. The sandwich had a fishy flavor to it. I thought I was imagining it but my husband took a bite and noticed the same thing. Is it possible they use real anchovies in the dressing? In any case, I did not care for it. As for the soup, it tasted to me like the tomato base found in most Campbell’s soups(minus the aluminum can flavor, haha). I wouldn’t ever order either of those items again. That being said, we had a coupon for a free appetizer and tried the Margherita Flatbread. It was amazing! I truly enjoyed it and would even consider ordering it as a standalone meal if I didn’t have to share. The feta is deliciously salty and overall it tastes like an artisan pizza. I will definitely order it again.

Something for everyone! My family is full of picky eaters and Noodles and Company always wins with everyone!!! Great for all ages and all tastebuds. Picky eaters can have buttered noodles or Mac n cheese. Flat bread pizza or even salad or soup! Their menu is always creating new favorable dishes and I try a new one each time! I also love the small but standard wine and beer selection.

I’ve come to this Noodles location twice for lunch. It’s much more comfortable than the crowded one on 75th Street, and it wasn’t very busy during either of my visits making for a relaxing lunch. My favorite dish here is the traditional Macaroni & Cheese. I usually end up throwing a lot of sriracha, salt, and pepper, onto it since it is a little bit bland. Throw in some of N&Co’s parmesan-crusted chicken for a more filling meal. I love the giant rice krispy treats too.

Very disappointing lunch today. I ordered the Alfredo mont amore with meatballs instead of chicken. There was literally nothing in it besides noodles and meatballs. No spinach, no mushrooms, no tomatoes and no parsley. Noodles and meatballs for over 8 bucks. I order to go from here all the time, usually get the Mac and cheese, guess I shoulda stuck with that.

I mean, it’s a Noodles & Company. It’s fine. It’s conveniently located in Danada but not in the scary part of Danada, so you can actually park and walk in without fearing for your life amidst soccer mom traffic. They screw up our order often enough that we diligently check through the bag before leaving, but they always get the special items right(e.g tofu on the noodles instead of chicken). It’s just that there’s often an item missing entirely, which sucks. The one thing I notice consistently is that the staff are constantly chatting with each other or friends who have come to visit them at work, sometimes to the detriment of customers. I once watched an older gentleman try to interrupt to get his drink cup for several minutes and it sort of crushed my heart. Aside from that, the food is just fine and the price point makes it a welcome addition to our rotation of take-out places in the area.

Average food at best, no wonder this location is always dead. I got the chicken on the mac&cheese and it was clearly not cooked all the way, and it was cold.

This is a great place to go if you just want a small and simple meal. I’m a picky eater, so I wouldn’t eat most of the stuff on the menu but I love the buttered noodles. I kind of wish there could be more options on the menu for noodles and maybe different appetizers. I tried the garlic bread once, I didn’t think it was all that great. The service is pretty quick and its not expensive at all.

It’s noodles and company. This location hold no nmknew surprises. Wisconsin Mac and cheese is really gooey and delicious, but nothing crazy. The pad Thai and other ethnic dishes aren’t as great. They’re good, but don’t come in with high expectations.

Normally I absolutely love noodles and co, I think their menu is great and they have a lot of variety which is cool for such a mainstream sort of place. The only thing is this particular noodles I feel like sometimes some of the dishes have tasted ‘off. Particularly the pad thai and sometimes the bangkok curry. I can’t hurt their score too much though because I recall the manager explaining they have a guarantee and if you do not like the dish she will make a different one. It just happened that it was a to go order so obviously a little late to get a diff order. Anyway overall a good place, the manager is great but sometimes some dishes don’t taste quite like I have tasted them before.

I am a huge fan of Noodles but this one isn’t quite my favorite– not sure why– I just don’t like the vibe and set up of the restaurant. But we’ve always had friendly service and I do love the Cherry Coke! I really appreciate their big menu board that lists all the nutrition info right on it– smart move(though I was a little alarmed by the by the calorie count in my beloved Rice Krispie Treat!). I also appreciate that you can order your food just like you want it– I had the pesto cavatappi with no mushrooms and no cheese and added grilled chicken– SO delicious.

Yet another fast food joint, not sure how I can rate it higher. The food here is pretty standard, the usual mac and cheese, pad thai, Indonesian peanut sauté, etc… They aren’t bad and it’s fast food so I don’t expect it to be fantastic either. My only real gripe about Noodles and Company is that any meat you get as an add on seems to be cooked separately(which speeds things up I guess), but doesn’t really have the flavor of the rest of the dish. Well not much else can be said about it… just another fast food place to be reviewed since I checked in.

I’m giving this location 3 stars. My thing is that it’s been hit or miss of recent. I ate here on a pretty regular basis as I worked not far from here. I could place an order in advance and it’s ready when they tell me it’s ready(10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc). Clean place to eat and the staff is diligent in keeping the place clean, especially during peak times. Until recently, I would easily give this place no less than 4 stars. As far as menus, I go with the following: 1. American Menu: mushroom stroganoff & Wisconsin mac & cheese. 2. Asian: Pan noodles. 3. Mediterranean: penne rose or pasta cavatappi. My problem is consistency and in recent visits, this location has been hit or miss. It could be me but it seems like the mushroom stroganoff doesn’t have as much sauce as it once did. The mac and cheese has also been hit or miss. Sometimes, it’s been its usual Noodle and Company quality(rich and creamy). The last couple of visits, it’s been at best somewhat runny. One time, the noodles were not cooked as much as normally. So of recent, it’s been a crap shoot. My last visit, if I had a friend from Wisconsin with me, would probably say don’t associate my state with this dish. While the combos looks good, I just want my noodles and be done with it. I don’t have a problem waiting for anything, especially if I know that going in. If you come to this chain and not call an order in advance, expect to wait about 5 – 10 minutes(it is what it is). Decent value. I’m not sure why they decided to add sandwiches now since they had such a solid niche with the noodles alone. I won’t write this place off though but do see room to improve. Or it could just be me.

This Noodles location is near my workplace so I go here quite regularly. Although it’s pretty full during lunch hours, we never seem to have trouble finding a seat. I love the bright atmosphere(full wall of windows) and friendly servers. There is outdoor seating options available. Parking is plentiful. There are clothing and other fun stores in close walking distance. My favorite Trio combo: Penne Rosa + Parmesan Crusted Chicken + Tomato soup or Caesar side salad. Flavored Grapefruit Izze soda makes it a perfect meal. Recently I tried the Portebella Mac n Cheese and it was sooooo good! Warning! The parmesan crusted chicken is salty.(Salt tastes good but is bad for you!) Unfortunate update: On two separate occasions, my co-worker ordered a vegetarian sandwich and it arrived with chicken. The staff replaced it quickly and let us keep the mistake-sandwich.(If this continues to occur, I will have to lower my rating. Noooooo!!!)

Our food was good… once we got it. It took 25 minutes for our food to show up, at a fast food restaurant. I finally took our numbers and approached one of the food runners and told her we’d been waiting 20 minutes, she smiled and said«OK.» Really? How about«I’m so sorry, let me go check on your food,» not OK! We basically had to wolf it down and run back to work. The food runners kept walking around with food asking people of it was theirs. If you can’t figure out where the food goes, what’s the purpose of the giant numbers you put on your table with your order number? It also seemed to take awhile for tables to be cleared.

One dish= pure euphoria Wisconsin. Mac. &. Cheese. Do it, you will not regret it one bit. I never added a protein to my meal, but I always got a snicker doodle and a root beer. No wonder I was an obese child!

I really really really wanted this place to be good, but it was just A-OK. The menu looked fabulous with all sort of noodle dishes that made my mouth water. DINNER: I decided to go with the Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken and it was disappointing. Although the ingredients were fresh, it had a frozen entrée quality to the dish. Everything was cooked separately and then assembled together making it quite bland. It just didn’t work for me. This regular size meal cost $ 7.25. I would have been as satisfied with a $ 3 frozen meal. DESSERT: The chocolate chunk cookie was DELICIOUS! It’s big and soft and really tasty for $ 1.50. This cookie, I might come back for. SERVICE: I ordered take out, and they were friendly and quick.
