If you have a Ford and want your oil changed correctly — go here.
Joe wrote up my service (oil change) and was incredibly attentive. He listened to what I wanted done, wrote it all down and made sure it was done exactly the way I wanted. Yes I am a weirdo when it comes to my car, but Joe understood that.
I will absolutely come back here for oil changes in the future. They let you bring your own oil (I run Pennzoil Platinum in my Ford Focus ST) and like I said– they do the job right.
The price was fair, Joe (and Chris) were pleasant to deal with and most importantly– I am happy with the service. That’s a hell of a lot more than I can say for the clowns at Rohrman Ford in Schaumburg who not only used the wrong oil, but they used the wrong amount. Don’t even get me started on those creeps.

My family has Fords bought from Packey Webb in Wheaton. It’s also the only place we go for service on our cars. Whenever any of us go there for basic service or extensive service, they are always able to take care of any issues. The customer service is wonderful, they also know who we are… I call that being knowledgeable about your clients… which we like. They are always prompt & straight forward, letting us know exactly what is wrong & what is needed. We can’t imagine going anywhere else to get the service we get at Wheaton Packey Webb.

I have a 2006 Mustang GT, it’s only got 41K so she’s still newish and I’m really picky about who works on her. I’ve only had Ford mechanics do any work. I took the car in for my Winter prep oil change and check up, they were super. Now a week later, my battery finally died in my garage. I live. 5 minutes away. I picked up a porter, we did a quick jump, drove back in the Stang and got a good battery. I’m very happy here and know I will be a returning customer. Thanks guys and gals for a good service center!
