ARC Performance — Where You Finish Strong!
Meet the Business Owner
Neil T.
Business Owner
Neil was a four season athlete at Zion Benton High School; Football, Swimming & Diving, and Track & Field. He went off to run 110 High Hurdles at Iowa State University where he successfully walked on as a freshman and again as a junior after learning to manage an auto-immune disease. Neil shows the same heart and determination as an owner as he did as an athlete, proving that the lessons of perseverance one learns in sports carry over into life. Neil also started and coordinated flag football for his church the past 6 years at the same time volunteering as a hurdle coach at Wheeling HS. He also enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee with his wife whenever he gets the chance. His faith in Jesus is the foundation for his life and the Word of God his daily guidance. ARC Performance has provided a platform to change the lives of so many people. Everyone at ARC Performance is grateful for the opportunity and responsibility to continue to do so in their various capacities.
