In May 2012 we signed a contract with Andriy Voloshehuk (also goes by Andres & Andy), to have our roof repaired. We paid him $ 1000.00 down to get the work started. Over the past months we have tried numerous times to contact him to set up a time and date for the work to begin, all the while our roof has gotten worse. Andy has been completely unresponsive. He cashed our check 5÷25÷2012 & no work has been done. It’s now the end of July & we have to hire a new roof repair company because our roof has gotten so bad. Recently Andy changed his phone number, so he is completely unreachable. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt because he has done work with us in the past, but at this point, I believe he is a thief & should not be allowed to conduct business with anyone else. I would strongly warn against giving ANDRIY VOLOSHEHUK any money or trusting him with work on your home.
