I have been using the law offices of David Siegel for a little over a year now and would highly recommend them. They have been incredibly professional as well as caring. Any time I have a question or concern, they get back to me immediately. Because of their expertise, they have kept me in my house for a long time over what I would have been able to secure on my own, allowing me to get back on my feet. I have never felt judged only supported. I feel blessed to have found this firm and thank David Siegel for his extreme knowledge and compassion.

I have known Mr. Siegel for over 7 years. As a psychotherapist (practice owner), I depend on him to help my clientele with bankruptcy and divorce. I consistently receive positive feedback regarding his fair pricing. In fact, many of my clients are blown by from his no-​nonsense approach to it. I like the fact that his fees are not hidden and do not deviate from his initial estimate (or retainer). Moreover, my clients describe Mr. Siegel as a kind and fair man. They are surprised when they meet him, as they have become accustomed to attorneys who promise more than they can deliver, are grandiose with their promises, and who are self-​centered. Thankfully, Mr. Siege breaks the stereotype that we all know too well about attorneys. Lastly, He is excellent at what he does. He lets my clients know when he is the right person for the job or if someone with a more specific background is better for them. All in all, he is an excellent attorney with a heart.

If you going to file bankruptcy, you not gonna go wrong with David Siegel. As long as you set all the papers what they need you can go back to normal sleep. Bancruptcy its very stresful period of your life, specualy if you have two babies on a way and two cancer family members, like me. So i had enough thinks to think about and David Siegel made my life easier with my new fresh strart.

It really has been tough for me and my family dealing with our financial situation. We were constantly getting harassed by the debt collectors and even from different law firms. I had no intention of filing for bankruptcy when I met with David M. Siegel. After an initial consultation, I realized that I needed a fresh start and that’s what I got from David M Siegel & Associates. Price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

I presume it must be very tough to get reviews from people when you’re a bankruptcy business. After all, who wants to admit that they have to file for bankruptcy? Fortunately David M. Siegel and his staff make it as painless as possible. They were very good about handling my creditors and telling me what I needed to prepare, as well as answering all my questions by email, phone, or even an in-​person visit. I got to personally meet David several times and he was most approachable and helpful. It’s very good that’s he’s come out with his own book and series of videos, which is great hand-​holding not only for the bankruptcy part, but getting back on track with your finances.
The only thing I would say could have been done better is the final step of where you have to go to the Chicago Daly Building to finalize your case with the local official of the State. My attorney they passed it onto didn’t receive full knowledge of my situation or my documents, and that presented some minor problems. But I do think that these guys are as good as it gets. Let’s hope I don’t need them again, but for those who do, I recommend them!
