I called for an emergency appointment last thursday. They said no openings until tues. Gave the lady Tayna all my information. Went there, she said I wasn’t covered. I have never been to a dentist office that is so rude and stupid. Don’t waste ur time dealing with them. Also they don’t speak English very well.

I wish, I’ve never even heard of them.
They have been working on my bridge for half of year now. They have given me cold sores, infections etc.
One of the pictures I have uploaded shows an infection, next day after a visit in this God forbidden joint. I called in, asked if it is normal that I swell so much and when do they think my antibiotic will take care of it.
They refused getting me in touch with my doctor (yup, the Ruderman woman), told me to show up in person. So I did.
I was taken care of by the owner himself, dr Lake. He did not bother even taking a look at the size of the swelling. He had me immediately lay down and stuck his liver spot covered hand up my mouth, squishing my infected flash. It made me almost fell of that chair and when he said“I’ll be gentle”, I said: «you’re not!».
He kept on squishing, asking where it hurts the most. AS the picture shows, I was so swollen at this point, you’d touch my chin and the pain was excruciating. Then he decided to grab some metal tool and hit 5 or 6 of my teeth, expecting me to tell him, which one hurts the most. Dr Ruderman on my visit the day before, decided, it was not a tooth: it was a gum infection. Therefore I dare saying, Dr Lake did not even read my file before seeing me. His actions brought me to burst into tears and raising my voice. The guy was not the least sorry for the pain he caused me, raising his voice back at me and demanding me to calm down.
Ended up being a big scene, with him being taken out of the room by the nurses (as he was close to getting physical with me!) and me crying my eyes out and cursing the living mid out of everyone there.
I was provided with a root canal specialist (where my file said clearly, this is not the reason for the pain). A picture of the recommendation is attached, as after this much suffering caused by the doctor, it is the most stupid, ignorant, obtuse recommendation you can imagine!
That is when my doctor was finally available for me on the phone.
A lot of money already, even more unnecessary pain. And yes, they are very rude: won’t say «bye» when you speak to them on the phone etc.
I will end up going to another doctor, probably. It will cost additional amount of money. Might end up losing the tooth. Already lost some wages, as I had to take off of work. I wake up in pain. When I said I can’t eat (see the picture), I was asked by a nurse, if I have a stomach problem.
My recommendation: RRRRUUUUUUUNNNNNN!!!
