Received services in my home (carpet cleaning/​steaming) on November 10, 2015. I called today, January 18, 2016 and spoke to Lee. I had a question about the process used, as the carpet still needs attention. Unfortunately, I was not given an invoice after the service was performed. Lee was not able to provide any information about the service performed (not sure if this company keeps records). I am in a conundrum about how to proceed, since I am inexperienced with the carpet cleaning/​steaming process and am not being given useful advice by a «professional.»

I LOVE Unilocal!!! I have used Unilocal many times and with each and every single time I am never disappointed.
We had our family room painted the other day. When we got ready to put the furniture back I looked at the carpeting and thought this would be a perfect time to get it cleaned — an almost empty room. I went on Unilocal and found Lee’s Carpet Cleaning. After reading the wonderful reviews I gave them a call and they were able to come out that afternoon and clean our rug and stairs for us. I mentioned to the guys when they arrived that the walls had just been painted the day before. I noticed that they took extra care with their equipment as they cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend Lee’s — my carpet looks like brand new again and I will definitely use them in the future. Thank You, Lee’s!!!

I found Lee’s Carpet Cleaning at Google as they don’t have many reviews, I checked their Facebook page, and I could see some before and after pictures. I left a voice mail, and they called me back in the same day. The guy was very helpful and kind.
Today, I had my carpet cleaned. My carpet was really bad. It is very clean now, and I am very happy.
The guys are nice and quick. I think because it is winter, and the heater is on all the time, the carpet is dry after 6 hours which it is pretty nice.
I highly recommend!

They cleaned my carpet very well and very quickly. It was very smelly because of pet odor! They cleaned the carpet three times to get all the odor out, and didn’t charge me any extra for that. And the carpet is beautiful and sweet-​smelling. I could not be happier with these guys.
