Wheeling contains more Victorian architecture than any other city in the US, much of it having undergone extensive restoration. Yes, it’s a dying city… more of a «venice» than a «milan.» But, there are still many beautiful and interesting buildings in Wheeling, and it’s worth it to walk around the downtown areas, or even take a tour.
