My personal experience includes exposure to the part of Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso’s practice that includes the firm’s fighting AGAINST disabled children in local school districts in cases where those special needs children(through their parents) are attempting to obtain special services to which they are otherwise legally entitled. In terms of competency, my personal experience has been that this firm filed their Answer 5 days later than legally required and that from the contents of their Answer(the facts of which were misstated), it appeared to me that their attorney had not, in fact, simply read the file closely.
