I founded sms technology after realizing that people lack a relationship when it comes to technology; someone to go to, to advise them about what they should do, or can do, when issues develop. Be that a computer, laptop, flat-​screen TV, DVR, stereo, iPod, smartphone, or anything else that is ‘smart’ these days. We strive to be the personal expert you can turn to.
