History

Established in 1979.

Dr. Brian Grudem started our practice in 1979, it’s been at it’s current location since 1995. Dr. Kevin Lucas joined the practice in 2002. In 2004 they established a second location in Blaine at the crossroad of Lexington Ave and 35-​W. As the practice grew, Dr. Brad Schwantke joined in 2011. Our doctors are proud to live in the communities they serve.

Business Owner

Dr. Brad Schwantke joined the practice in 2011. He brings a pediatric emphasis with him. He specializes in pediatrics and also enjoys primary eye care. Dr. Schwantke sees patients of all ages, including infants and children. He is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Schwantke resides in Blaine with his wife and son.
