I purchased my 1st pellet stove from them approximately 6 years ago. They also installed it. My stove has NEVER operated properly. I was told on one occasion that my chimney run was to long, and the stove was not getting enough air. Courtlang would not correct. after getting the stove manufacture involved they agreed to fix. To this day, no repairs have been made, and our stove does not work.
Would strongly suggest you purchase else where. They are several company’s around that have good products and great, reliable customer service.
