A few years ago I had great service from this Sprint location(Brandon was awesome). This past July our experience was much different. The salespeople had little knowledge of their products and pricing. We decided on a phone and we stupidly offered to wait for the store to order the phone, mostly so the salesperson would get his commission. I went to pick up the phone the following Monday and it wasn’t there yet. Fine. Every excuse in the book. Went back the next day, the phone was there… but uh — oh… the price had changed and of course not in my favor. Spoke with the salesperson on how to fix and he would get back to us after talking to his manager(of course never heard). After going in yet a 4th time to the store, another sales person magically produced a mail in rebate! Now, 6 or so weeks later… the mail in rebate was denied. Pretty sure they knew that was going to happen — wanted to get us out of the store at the time. FRUSTRATED! Pretty sure it was a classic bait and switch. But we don’t have many options at this point. Changing service would be a huge hassle and more of expense!
