I think shopping for carpet is pretty unpleasant, but it wasn’t too bad at this store. There is plenty of selection and the sales person gave me some good ideas. They charged less for «extras» than the last place I used. They use an outside company for installation, and they scheduled the work for their convenience, not the customer’s, which is my only complaint. The installation itself was done well.
