Bought my car to do suspension work because the last shop i took it too decided to pretend to know what they were doing and messed it up. Anyway any forms of communications was awful and was unable to reach them on the phone. I eventually drove to the shop to make a appointment and to address my concern, the owner told me a date and time to come back. I come back on the time and date he prescribed but he himself was 2 hours late. After getting there late the employees including the owner tried to convince me the whole suspension setup was crap and the whole thing needed to be replaced which i knew was complete bullshit. I knew at that point they were trying to get as much money out as me as possible. I ended up not taking it too them because another customer quickly advised me to not let them work on my car cause they had messed up his before and advised me a new shop. Overall bad communication and poor integrity and business practice. I felt like i bought my car to jiffy lube and they were trying to sell me bs services i didn’t need or want.

I got Custom Functionz to do a stretched tire install for a set of wheels I had. Top notch work without a single scratch. They really took their time to do the install, in which I appreciate a lot since the wheels I brought in were brand new. I’ve also had a little time to glance their shop cars as well as some powder coated stuff they had and all I can say is that, I know where to go for things such as. These guys are highly recommended for such jobs.

Awesome guys. Very detail oriented guys and will treat your car like their own while you are getting work done. No job too big or too small for these guys. Static suspension to air ride they do it all. The powder coating and hydrodipping is phenomenal! They’ve given my car two makeovers already and i love it everytime!

Excellent customer service. I had my plenums hydrodipped there as well as my tubular headers being ceramic (kerakote). These guys are nothing but the utmost professional and talk you through it. Great pricing, great people. Definitely thinking about returning… for another project in mind!

Prices are good, powder coating skills are strong. They need to work on scheduling and communication a little but otherwise a good shop.
