History

Established in 1992.

Fair Deal Deli and Café was established in 1992 offering fresh made food at reasonable prices. We took our customers suggestions seriously and improved our variety and quality. Our steady growth enabled to expand the building three times adding three dining rooms and party hall on the second floor with elevator, handicap access and free parking. We proudly serve the needs of ordinary hard working Americans by offering a substantial meal lunch or dinner for under $ 10 daily. We provide a beautiful place to celebrate birthdays, communions, Weddings, Baby shower and all other occasions. We are proud to host several organizations particularly Jewish War Veterans, Westchester Black Women’s Organization and Business Network International.

Meet the Business Owner

Koshy C.

Business Owner

Koshy Chacko and his wife Omana Chacko owned and operated Fair Deal Café for 20 years. We worked very hard to make our place inviting to ordinary hard working Americans. We give them good value for their money and appreciate very much their patronage and compliments. We are proud of running a clean place, environmentally responsible and being good citizens. We upgraded our entire facility with energy saving lighting, energy star kitchen, refrigeration equipments and motion sensors and conserving water use. We donate our used cooking oil to run Westchester County buses. We work with our community to make a difference. We partner with YMCA. We are grateful to people in White Plains for giving us the opportunity, supporting our efforts and appreciating our contributions.
