Business Owner

Leader of the team at Schneider Automotive is the owner, Chad Schneider. Chad is totally open to expanding his knowledge by attending ongoing workshops and is ASE certified. He takes pride in having a state-​of-​the-​art facility and a staff that undergoes constant training to advance their skills in the automotive industry. Chad takes his job seriously and believes his customers should receive quality work when they bring their vehicle into his shop. Teamwork is also an important commitment to Schneider Automotive. When he is not working at his shop or operating one of his tow trucks, he spends time with his wife; Mandi, son; Bradyn and daughter; Brynna. He also volunteers on the Whitehall Fire Department.

If you like to pay them multiple visit to keep repairing the same issue, then its good for you.
Pros: Staff seem nice, Place is clean
Cons:
POOR QUALITY! Had my rear fender repaired. Went there a second time to have them re-​buff, they didn’t do a good job buffing and putting my bumper back together, Where the bumper meets the metal fender, there is a large gap compared to the other side, Chad said its gonna be like that due to some clip that was in the way in the inside. Still the scuff marks are visible after the second time.
After waiting in the lobby for them to repair the second attempt, the service lady comes walking towards me with the keys and smiling acting everything was good not knowing how crappy of a job was done. I didnt realized until I can really see it in the sun reflection the next day. The technician or Chad didnt even come out and explain to me what they did or how they did it. I don’t want to waste my time there anymore.
