This place does the best details. My 09 370z comes out immaculate every time on the full detail. People think I bought a new car every time they do my car. Good service and the boss is very cool; complete professional.

Made the mistake of bringing my car here because it was close to where my fiancé worked. Everyone here is real friendly and acts like they are going to do whatever they can when in reality they try to trick you for all you’ve got! I went in there for a small antifreeze leak. All that was needed was a hose replace and they definitely fixed it which is why I am giving them one star. However, the very NEXT DAY like many other Unilocalers have stated, my car started having all problems that it never had before, including a oil leak! I never had an issues with my car before this! We called the mechanic on the phone and he said he didn’t see a leak but to bring it in. When we took it in, he looked at it and said it was a BIG LEAK that needed to be fixed right away. My fiancé asked him why he didn’t mention it before he didn’t know what to say. When my fiancé asked him how much it would cost he said he didn’t know because he wasn’t sure about the «size of the leak», but didn’t you just say it was a BIG LEAK? This isn’t the first car my fiancé and I have brought here. The more we think back the more we realize these guys ripped us off big time. You don’t have to take my word for it but I would hate to see more people get ripped off!

Fellow residents of Whitestone please heed my warning, stay away from this place.
You will be scared into buying parts you don’t need and charged 3−30x what the parts actually cost. (they wanted to charge $ 60 for a gasket, Rofl. Found the same one on ebay for $ 2). Same thing for an iac valve that i didn’t even need (I’ll go into detail shortly). The valve is $ 80 they said it was a $ 400 part because «no one had it»… first link on Google was 80 bucks free shipping.
They will try to take you for everything they can.
I brought my car for 1 oil change and suddenly I began having idle issues and throwing a check engine light after getting my car back from them. I go back and ask what they think the problem is. This is where they tell me I need a new iac valve that will cost 700 dollars including labor.
With my bullshit detector ringing loud in the back of my head I ask how much the part is, that’s where they tell me 400 bucks. After checking the actual price of the part ($ 80) I put 2 and 2 together and got the hell out of there.
After WEEKS of trouble shooting my vehicle doing everything from checking & cleaning valves, throttle bodies, checking for faults in the wiring and nearly resetting my ecu, I discover a tiny little valve that seems to be missing a little rubber cap.
Those ******* bastards removed the cap to create a small and inconspicuous vacuum leak that would force the cars computer to throw that code. They were going to pocket the entire 700 without even buying or replacing the part by putting the rubber cap back on. I bought a pack of the caps I needed for 25 cents, put it on, and the car has been running mint for months now.
I’m so sick that this scum is allowed to have a ‘business’ in my town.

they have always taken such good care of me! i work around the corner and they help me out a lot with anything i need and work with my schedule. i really appreciate it especially since im always last minute w my inspections and stuff and theyre always so accommodating

Went here for a tire that was leaking. Told me I needed a new tire. I asked him if it could be patched. He said it couldn’t I told him I’ll go to pep boys as they have tires in stock. Only then did he offer to patch it. I left. He charged me $ 11 to tell me what I already knew and fixed nothing. All he did was take the tire off and put water on it.
I ended up at the nor cross station on Francis Lewis. They had tires in stock. My tire was leaking in multiple places.

This service station was near my home and located in an area that is very easy to find. The manager Joe is a great guy and would only recommend the necessary work that had to be done to a vehicle. I’ve only dealt with this shop twice and felt confidant enough to introduce my friend to this shop as for a tune up on a used car he recently bought. Changed Transmission Fluid plus Transfer Case fluid and the whole nine yard, cost was reasonable considering Synthetic oil was used. Whitestone resident.

Great service friendly staff and great prices. I take my BMW M3 here for all the services and they always fix whatever needs to be fixed. Very honest service center which is a rarity in the auto repair business highly recommend it.
